I am between 0 and 3....lmfao oh me I started at well above 38 mg before nic salts were a thing ;)
I don't want to fully give up nic because there are studies that show it helps with alzheimer's and dementia which runs in my family
but lately 3mg is a bit much, especially when I'm chain vaping

started on 12, now smoking juice with 6mg/ml (freebase), planning to keep decreasing :)

Why decrease?
To be able to not rely on nicotine anymore and maybe in the future stop, or maybe not... :D
Great!Hope can you keep decreasing.Determine that the thing shall be done and then we shall find the way:thumbs:

I started with 12, and progressively reduced it to where I am now ..at 0.1-0.3mg/ml ... I expected problems but the only thing I got was a little more in juice consumption. I don't really mind having nicotine but as an ingredient, it's as expensive as the flavour you put in your e-liquid - if you don't need it, why do it?

I started at 3mg but I kept smoking so I increased to 6mg and it stopped the craving for cigs. I’m not planning on decreasing any time soon. Maybe in a year or so I’ll just reduce the amount of juice I’m vaping (currently 12-15ml in mtl).
So far I’m happy because the only thing that matters is to stay away from cigarettes and I’m doing pretty well

I guess I'm going against the grain here, but I started at 24mg some six years ago, and I'm still using 24mg today. Only difference is I mix my nic and flavors myself. I'm not at all looking to decrease either. What for? When I first started 24mg is what got me off a 45 year 3 PAD habit. Right from the first. Never looked back. So, I'm sticking with my 24. I don't see any harm whatsoever in it, I look at it as more akin to a caffeine habit, and that ain't going anywhere either!

Interesting thread.

The thing I’ve noticed is most people generally reduce their nic level over time naturally. Not everyone, but it’s really common. And they do it without even being concerned about quitting. It just happens. This is a major reason I think unprotonated nic is a smoking succession product rather than a smoking replacement product, and why I have a bit of an issue with JUUL. They seem to be trying hard to break that.

I agree. Most people will gradually reduce their nic level ,when their from smoking to vaping ,they are gradually getting rid of nic,i think this is a long process.Anyway,i hope all vapers can get a strong body through vaping:D
