AVE Hype 12ml juice + Ego Twist + 510 LR 1.5ohm
I dug up some unopened Totally Wicked (do they still exist?) branded LR 510s purchased years ago to try out with a new shipment of alien Visions e-juice. Lately they've been suffering from imposter with similar domains so just FYI, the URL is Alien Visions E-Juice
I recently came back to vaping playing around with cigalikes to see how they've improved (not much but some, the Vuse actually held me over for a month or so and then I tasted Boba's Bounty again and...maybe I'll keep them devil sticks around for emergencies) and am back into full swing though I still can't find my missing ProVari! Just using a few Ego Twists to get by for now and these newer guys seem to hold up better to LR than the Ego batteries of days past, though I keep them around 3.5V or less for 1.5ohm vaping.
I haven't tried AVE's "Hype" juice until today and it does not disappoint. It was the ADV of the day. I like having an ADV of the day but it's not a sustainable habit. It was kind of like starting all over again, going back to direct dripping and remembering that it's not so bad, just not the only way I want to vape...
I was converted back into the fruity-juice side recently with a bottle of Craveloupe I had sitting around.
The new bottle of Craveloupe I picked up doesn't seem to taste as grape-y on my LR 510 as the old juice tastes in my ProTank II Mini, but it hasn't gotten to steep for two years and I haven't switched the old and new juice and coils around for a fair comparison, so it's a bit silly to mention it, plus I've been trying it on the same atomizer I used for the Hype and that's not fading any time soon, so extra silly to mention, unless someone comes out and says "it no longer has as much grape flavor because the name of the juice confused people"
The Hype is totally awesome and reminds me of my first foray into hookah bars since peach was my first decent flavor experience, but it's far too much better to be a fair comparison. It's a super tastefully executed peach melon combination, two flavors I always enjoyed most under coals. I'm no "cloud chaser" but I do like a good visible exhale that lingers for a few and the LR 510 has me curious about how much more you could need I haven't primed up one of my unopened 306 LR atties bought just as long ago, but the high VG (90% with these two juices) content pairs up excellent with dripping atomizers. My first shipment from Alien Visions many years ago included Boba's Bounty and an LR 306 atomizer. That was an amazing combo as well. I guess I'll have to check out these RBAs and RDAs and whatnot sooner or later...
