Finally! My tracking information updated and shows my new Halo Triton kit and liquids are just a few miles from me and will be delivered TOMORROW!!!! (I am so excited, I know I will be awake all night! I've been waiting SIX DAYS!) Since the temp is so cold here (zero or below) do I need to do anything special setting up? I am thinking I should probably let everything warm up to room temp. Do the batteries need to be charged fully before trying? And about the batteries, do you guys let your batteries go all the way down before recharging or is it ok to plug in every night and top off? I got two 650 Mah and a 900, so what do you suggest - ok to leave one on the charger when not in use? Is it true that its best to use a wall plug to charge rather than running off a computer's usb? Sorry so many questions, I am sure the kit comes with good instructions and there are lots of youtube videos as well to help me out. But you guys have first hand experience and are my new BFF's! LOL. Thanks for any suggestions!

Yes, let your liquid warm up to room temp. Unfortunately it might take some time. As for the batterys charge them when it comes in. The 650mah should last a whole day (unless you go Vape crazy) the 900mah should last a day and a half or so. I Vape hard so I can drain a 650 in a day. Almost two days for my 900 mah vv. I would let the Batts die all the way down. You can leave them on the USB plug after their charged (I think they shut down charge automatically).
I always have one charged up. Never have two dead batterys at once. No vapin then:-(. you got 3 batterys so you should be fine with all of that.
Is this your first Vape set up? Do you have the g6?

It's going to be hard sitting there waiting for juice to warm up. If you think it's ok, go for it! If you can get your Vape mail as the mailman/woman drops it off the better. It won't have to sit out for to long.

Fortunately I did receive an order of liquids from another vendor a few days ago -- they have been sitting out with the lids off and I give em a shake now and then. If that stuff tastes half as good as it smells, I am in for a treat!!! Point is, I will have some warm liquid ready, so I will TRY to let the batteries warm up for a while before using! Not making any promises! Can't wait!!!

Yup. 120f isn't good for the liquids... I'm not tooo sure what it does, but I did let a bottle of a 555 that I'd reordered get too hot back when I first started vaping.... Yeah.. The sink might still be having nic fits

The Halo Triton pdf manual says most Triton bats are charged. However, I would top them up. And an industry expert has told me to use the battery for about 25% of it's charge THE FIRST TIME, then charge again fully for best longevity. I'd say use a battery for an hour or so. But just this first time only. After that, charge them only when they blink that they need charging. It's ok to leave them on the charger, like overnight is fine, but I take them off when they are ready.
Don't charge frozen batteries! Let them come up to room temperature before charging. (rec is between 32F and 100F for use and charging).

The big drawback to charging from a pc is all that weight on the USB port. It's worse on a laptop, as you can knock the long bat and break your USB port. The wall charger is just better, especially on a extension cord, where the bat can be supported. But electrically, the pc or laptop is fine.
And don't overdo it the first day!! Take several breaths between hits. Vape for 10 to 15 minutes, then put it down!! Stop if you get dizzy.

I have my moments where I don't sound totally blonde, I've always had dark brown/black hair, and I do retain some information I read here but it's crazy some of the stuff my brain chooses to retain?
Allow everything to warm up to room temp before using it and wipe off any moisture condensation that has formed, especially on the batteries and chargers.
The best thing to do for charging is to only charge them once they are completely depleted. There is no need to top off the batteries.
Use the wall adapter for a consistent power source. USB ports only cause problems, and it is best not to risk an expensive computer should something bad happen. The chances are minimal, but there is still a risk. If you must use a USB port, buy a simple USB hub that plugs into your computer, or even better, plugs into the wall.
DO NOT LEAVE CHARGING BATTERIES UNATTENDED. EVER! Only charge batteries when you are awake and at home. Do not charge batteries overnight while you sleep. Do not leave the house with batteries on the charger. Always keep a close eye on batteries when they are charging, and once they are done charging, take them off the charger immediately. The charger and batteries have safeties built in, but these can fail at any time. The failure rate is very low, but do you really want to take that chance? I am not trying to scare you, but precautions must always be taken. Lithium batteries pack a lot of energy into a very small package. These precautions apply to all lithium batteries, including those in your phone, laptop, and the Tesla sitting in your driveway.

My brother works for Duracell. He says you don't ever want to see one of these batteries fail. Do you know the firework called Jumping Jacks? It's like that, but on steroids!

Best practice says a dropped battery should be watched carefully for 15 to 20 minutes. So don't jam it in your pocket or laptop case after a drop. I've (luckily) never had any problems, even when crashing a RC helicopter, HARD. But I did unplug the batt, and it sat on the grass for at least the rest of my beer, while I picked up the 300 pieces of my heli, returned to kit form!!...

Isee the Halons have given you some great advice, (as per usual). The only thing I can see to add is this: The juices you said you already have, are any of them citrus, cinnamon, or soda flavors? If so, don't use them in your Triton tanks, they are called 'tank crackers'. This happened to me...twice.
Other than that, and all the other great advice you've received, you're good to go! ALL SYSTEMS GO! The countdown begins in T-minus......lol
