Bought a 60ml bottle of a butterscotch vape of 50/50, 3mg nic. Do not know flavor %.

Want to turn it into 90/10, VG/PG, 3mg nic. Flavoring is fine.

Have premix of 90/10, VG/PG.
Have 100 mg nic.

You can't get there from here.

Even with 100%VG, you'll have to dilute a LOT. Is your nic in PG or VG?

Have you tested it to make sure it's 3mg nic ?

If you're 100mg nic is VG then,

Add 7.2 ml 100mg nic.
Add 232.8 ml of VG.

Final product, 300 ml of 90/10 VG/PG, 3 mg nic. Your flavoring will be 20% of the original.

I do not want to dilute flavor but I guess without more of it its impossible.
