Too much air flow? Something is not right?

I am attempting to get bigger clouds. Running a Plume Veil with an extra air flow hole. Sentinel M16 with purple efest. I've tried everything I can think of to produce larger, thicker clouds but I just haven't gotten it. Help please!!!!
