If you are a newbie now, you probably won't be one in about 30 days. The learning curve is swift... When I was new, I found the help on these thread so valuable... and since we are not a community of Bashers, it's nice to see what people love...

Maybe this thread will last 3 hours or 3 weeks... it depends on who and how many contribute... in any case... almost 6 months in... smoked 19 years.

These are my 10 favorite things in the e-cigarette world... maybe others can add their 10 favorite things list.
in no particular order...

1- Vapor Station Tobaccos: Phoenix, Tampa, Frisco, (Tennessee)
2- My eGo
3- My 5V Saber Touch
4 - Halo: Freedom
5- Drip Tips
6- 901 Atomizers
7- Vapor Bomb Blueberry Smoothie
8- Tasty Vapor Banana nut Bread
9- Customer service from cignot
10- alien Visions VG juices

new loves: backwoods brew, mini vape-stack, customer service at vaporbomb

no regrets: V4L, Atomic Cinnacide and trying to DIY and failing miserably.

regrets: not getting an eGo earlier... not getting a drip tip earlier... trying to vape straight up oil... bad idea.

If I read right, this is specific awesomes the relatively aged vapers have learned. At 9 months, I consider myself there. Don't go exclusively by anything here, just track trends and experiment. Mind the regrets probably, but tastes vary wildly. Each atomizer has its fans, if the one you start out with does not work to keep you off the ciggies, try a different one. You can get adaptors to fit any atomizer to your current battery for a couple bucks from many vendors.

That said...
My must have list, my highest success rated items, my favorite things.

510 Chuck from Thagbuilt
Tasty Vapor Banana Nut Bread
The infamous DeKang French Pipe.
Lorann's Oils Keoke Coffee, Brandy
Derlin Drip Tips (plastic instead of metal)
Ultrafire BRC 18650 3000 mAh 3.7v batteries
Bulk unflavored e-liquid from MFS. cheap as chips and strong like bull
Menthol Crystals
Scubabatdan, here at ECF - diy guru, he is one with the mix.
Bulk atomizer sales at puresmoker. Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
ECF - I may not post everyday, but i'm constantly here. it's thanks to this site that I know all i do, and despite wild purchases of juice and gear i manage to keep it right around 50 - 70 cents a day.

New loves: have not branched out recently. Im stocked for about 6 more months yet :p

No regrets: Prodigy, Protege, usbPass. The 5v experience was engaging and learned much diy in trying to get flavors to not burn. Perhaps they will show up someday in PIF. For now, backup devices.

Regrets: 250ml of impulse selections which I despise. I go for the bulk bargains when I should get an overpriced sample. I keep them for emergencies though.

Hope I don't mess the thread up I ha\/e a couple questions.

What's Dekang?
and is this banana nut bread from T\/ really this good? I'm gonna order a small size tom.

EDIT: Looks like they don't sell small sizes but they seem to be reasonably priced (especially the juice on sale) Guess I'll ha\/e to di\/e in. W/ 3 or 4 people out of 6 putting it on their top 10 list how can I pass that up?

Dekang is china juice. Gets a bad rap, but some flavors are good.

BTW there is something wrong with your V key.

lol yes, on my laptop I can not use the \/ key it is completely broken now. I said this before but i find it highly funny that when I start \/aping my \/ key breaks the next day. I ne\/er had to use it before but now e\/ery website I go to has a damn \/ in it :( lol

A Brit, abroad, (USA)
This website - repository of knowledge that it is and all the contributors
My 510, my 510 atties, and cignot
Juice vendors of note (see under my banner lol)
Not rushing quitting (and never planning to quit btw but I did)
No wheezing cough and no cough waking me at night
My 3.7v and 5v PT (cignot and madvapes respectively!)
my 901 atty for my fruity juices

Those are good things I can think of right off the top of my head

No regrets: buying enough juice to re-float the Titanic (hopefully it doesn't ALL go off between now and me vaping it...
Not getting an ego battery yet ( I will, I will..)

Bad things - not being able to choose my next 5v mod, and getting hung up on looks because it IS important - I dont want to vape a wine box :)
Hearing about smokers who got shafted by crappy PV salespeople (yes SE I'm looking at you) and went back to smoking, writing this off as 'faddish' or 'crap' when they could've been happy vapers if they'd come HERE for info.
Losing all trust in the FDA as something that looks out for our health - boy the scales have sure dropped from MY eyes.

9. Perfumers Apprentice
10. Telling every smoker I see about ecigs (and annoying the hell out of about half of them).
