I just received a nice reply from VCV to my inquiry regarding TH - and they indicated that the TH is indeed light for many of their customers (as one would expect from all VG).

Still - their flavors sound tantalizing. I'm about to step up from an ego Twist to a Sigelie Zmax and am willing to give all VG liquids a try with the new gear. I'm told that a good hardware setup might yield more favorable results.

Hardware definately makes a difference. I get more TH from a 510 than a 901 (although usually better flavor from a 901) and the rba I recently got I can adjust the TH by adjusting the airflow. If you go up a level on your nic that can make even a bigger difference. I stay away from 24mg normally, not because it has more nic, but because the TH is too high for me.

901s have great flavor and vapor, but significantly lack TH.

That's why I like to rotate 306s, 510s, and 901s.. they each have their strenghts and certain juices end up gravitating to what they work best on for me. Even the same brand and type, 2 otherwise identical atties always seem to perform different. They are finicky, like a moody lover, and I love them not in spite of, but BECAUSE of it lol. Each time an atty dies, it's like losing a friend. Even if that friend was an ......, they where part of my life.

I'm pretty excited to try VCV. Night Shift, Monkey Business, and Mewlew's Magic all sound amazing by their description. Waiting to hear how there tobaccos are.

How's the throat hit on them? 100% VG liquids often lack that unless the nic is cranked up.

Good luck whittling down your list of vendors to try. Mine grows faster than I can vape lol.

Throat hit varies. It's pretty good on Mewlew's (at 18mg on a medium-to-high setting... which for me is about 4.1 volts on my Gripper). The Campfire TH was relatively light until I cranked it up to 4.5. Then it kicked my ..... :)

This was all using my Smoktech tank and a 1.5 ohm carto (With three pre-punched holes, which I can recommend enough if you're doing a tank).

Haven't tried enough of the Maple Mountain to make any kind of judgement on TH.

Keep in mind I was a less than 1 pack a day smoker (A little more than half a pack a day), so it's very possible that I'm just more sensitive to it. Plus a decent mod helps. :)

As a side note, I vaped MewLew's all last night during work. Never got tired of it. I even had my little ego-C filled with Cherry Cola just in case... hardly even looked at it. :)

I filled up a tank with Campfire before going to sleep today. Not bad at all. Ended up putting a few drops of MewLew's in there to bring out the chocolate flavor.

I hope that isn't disrespectful to the vendor, but I assume they wouldn't me mixing their juice with more of their juice to get the best experience. Especially considering it'll lead to me buying MORE (Hurry up paycheck, I want some big bottles!).

As a side note, I did try Tampa from Vaporstation. It's not bad, but I think I'm in the school of vapors that... if it doesn't taste or smell like a cigarette then I'm not going to bother with tobacco flavors. It's weird, but since a kid I always enjoyed the smell of smoke, whether from a cigarette or a burning pile of leaves. Something about the smell of it soothes me.

I might just vape exclusively and burn American Spirits as incense. :)

You should see the lengths I go to resuscitate them.

I recently got a sampler pack from Blue Mist Vaping. So far I've only tried three of the five I received, but I am so blown away by these that I have no fear about the other two. For the record they were:

Cinnabun: Very light cinnamon taste. Every once in a while you get a hit of vanilla. I have feeling this one is only gonna get better qith age.

Chocolate Malt: Very nice vape at a low temp (Higher temp tends to give it that crud that sticks to the side of a brownie pan flavor). So tasty I ordered another bottle at a lower nicotine. Prolly one of my new All Day Vapes.

Cherry Cola: This one worried me by the smell. Seemed like it could have gone too far into the "cough syrup" realm most cherry flavors go. As soon as I hit it... wow. Cherry syrup up front, then a soda fountain quality cola taste, then you exhale and they combine. Suffice to say, I ordered a bunch more. lol

The other two were Pear and Strawberry Kiwi. Can't wait to get home so I can try them out as well.

I think I quit looking for chocolate malt. Some things just weren't meant to be vaped. :( Glad you found one you liked.

Well, like I said... it can be finicky when it comes to proper temperature. And to be honest.... between the Cherry Cola and my order from VCV.... Haven't really revisited it yet. lol

MewLew's pretty much scratched my chokkit itch. :)

What do you like from Black Velvet? Some of their selections look nice (Caramel tobacco? Hell yeah!).
