Halo....only because I'm new and it's the only juice I've had....Tribeca and Shamrock....both excellent and complex I think. I have some coming in from Gourmet Juices....and what I'm really wondering...as I've looked at a ton of sites....why not Mom and Pop's???? Looks good to me and sounds like they have great customer p.r. I am going to order samples from several of the top listed sites here so thank you for the thread. :)

I started on the Halo G6 with mini tank..it's awesome and I could skip the cartos....great for testing new juices. however, needed to obviously upgrade so I got the 2 spinner special a lot of folks have taken advantage of...LOVE them! Have the Kanger T3 bottom coil clearo, ego clearo 2.0, and some poly pro tanks for the cracking juices. Going to order the Protank or metal tank...not sure, but I'm set up great for a noob. :)

Yeah, I'm 2 weeks out from a total shoulder replacement....lots of time on my hands to read this stuff while I'm rehabbing. Had to quit analogs to heal and never so happy....I LOVE vaping!!

Since you have the time, if you like tobacco vapes I highly suggest reading the Natural Tobacco thread next! It's a long one, but that thread highly improved my enjoyment of vaping. If flavor is a big part of the hobby for you, you'll feel right at home at the NT thread.

You could have done a lot worse than Halo to start with. Tribeca really is a great juice, and I also enjoyed Shamrock. Lot's of other amazing vendors out there for you to discover. Welcome to a great hobby and congrats on going analog free!

Velvet Cloud Vapor by far is my favorite. They don't make 100's of flavors to choose from but what they do offer is very very good juice. Vanilla Tobacco, Campfire, and White Beard Tobacco are my fav's.

Copper Creek offers some interesting different flavors like House Blend (my Favorite), Sarsapirilla, and Vanilla. Their flavors are definitely tasteful.

Johnson Creek, also Red Oak, is who I use to get my regular flavors to have a very unique tobacco taste added to them. This is the best company I have found that produces real tobacco flavors. They also make some flavors like Island, Valencia, and Vanda that I like.

I have tried other suppliers (when I first started vamping) and at some point they all started tasting the same to me except for the three companies above. That doesn't mean there aren't other companies out there, there most certainly must be. All I am saying is I prefer small companies that only offer a modest amount of flavors because to me it seems these companies take the extra time to get their flavors to be exactly what they want the vapor to experience. That means something to me that I don't get from companies that have a list a mile long to choose from. There is just too much "guessing game" ordering when using the larger companies, IMO.

The three companies listed above are who I am ordering from presently but that may change since every now and then I see a site that is small and offers a different style of flavoring I will try something to see if I like it. If I do it gets added to my short list of companies.

When I first started vaping I was ordering juice from all these big places that offered a multitude of flavors and I found out that I was throwing a lot of flavors away because some were simply terrible tasting to me (to each his own) and simply deciding on what to get was one of the most frustrating experiences I had to go through to find something different yet very good tasting. This is why I have resorted to the smaller companies and for now the three stores listed above are by far my favorites. Everyone has their own tastes and what I like may taste like cow chips to someone else. But, if I was able to start over I would definitely go with the small stores who offer 100% VG or PG as well as a balance of mixes that you will prefer. I still consider myself a noob and this post is aimed at noobs who are frustrated in finding flavors they like. I recently bought some unflavored nic juice and am going to start making some of my own flavors which will start out being simple chocolate and vanilla and a few fruit tastes until I feel comfortable to expand. There are a plethora of stores to order everything you need and this is just my advice..........find a place that you like and stick with them. Try some other place here and there after awhile and continue to do this. It will save yoga lot of bucks in the long run.

I think I can guarantee that Velvet Cloud Vapors will have something you will really like, something that you will have a really difficult time finding at some of the "supermarkets".

1) Heather's Heavenly Vapes
2) Vaperite
3-5) Why go elsewhere? :D lol, no I just haven't tried too many. Maybe 7 different vendors. HHV and VR are the only ones that I seem drawn to.

That and the Vaperite shop is about 5 mins from my house. Those guys are just amazing. Always at least 10 different customers in there looking to start vaping, or coming back for new liquids. A few couches where you can vape and chat with people. Home away from home at the moment.

I ended up mixing Gandalf (Legend) from HHV, with Vaperite's Naturally Flavored House Extracted Tobacco and finally found a blend that tastes (and hits if dripped via a Vamo) EXACTLY like a cigarette. Granted, I don't want that taste anymore, but taste tests for my smoking friends...well, it's blowing them away.

Thanks Jerms,
I do like the Halo Tribeca and I'll probably keep it around for those times that I want a more tobacco tasting vape. I'm kind of not wanting the tobacco taste, though. It's been refreshing to be free from that for me so I'll gravitate towards more food based liquids probably. It sure helps you cut down on munching on real sweets...what a deal!! I'll definitely check them out though on the NT thread.

I hear ya! I was so excited about the different fruits, desserts, and drinks available to vape when I started. I still vape from all categories, but the juices extracted from pipe and cigar tobaccos are so complex it's unreal. Really been digging fruit/tobacco combos lately.

I love the sweet tones in the Tribeca! Reminds me of a sweet mini cigar. So satisfying! However, one thing I have to think about is my hubby, who is a nonsmoker with a very sensitive nose. Since I'm vaping like a fiend inside right now....must be a noob thing....when he's around I'll stick to ones that don't put any kind of a tobacco or chemical smell into the air. I love the Shamrock...it's my ADV til more come, and he still thinks that one puts out a chemical smell. We'll see what he thinks when I get my most anticipated lemon meringue pie in next week!!

Lol yeah I thought it said TINO at first glance. Though instead of some other so called arti-baccos, I hear these do actually taste like tobacco.

Ive bought a couple of their baccos and WOW there is quite an extreme. Ive had both overwhelmingly good and bad, but the taste was definetly tobacco. As a matter of fact, I have one called Sunday Morning which I liked so much that it set off a terrible side effect of desiring and contemplating having an analog. I suppressed my urge by dripping in some extra nicotine, that helped.

Hey MARKVM, is there a way you quantify who is a "small" site. Do you really ever know where 'BIG Tobacco' lurk.
Well. If we all lived by such a paranoid principle then all the ejuice vendors would go out of business. Do you know of a way to "quantify" who is a small homegrown company or "Big Tobacco" ? I'm open to any suggestions that are more efficient at identifying small legit companies than what I already use. How do you do it? I'm open to any proof positive suggestions you can share with the forum members following this thread.
