HALO has my vote

I'm going to defer my final decision on Halo until a later time. I previously went through the list of Halo juices I've vaped...

in approximate order of 'strength' and pleasing flavor, with my rating so far based on 10/10. All @ 1.8 nic
Torque 5 has a little 'bite (strong)
Capt Jack 6 decent but dry (strong)
Prime 7 Decent (milder than C Jack)
Voodoo 9 Very good, smooth, mild, flavorful
Tribeca 8 Very good, smooth, milder than Voodoo
Turkish 5 Thin, weak = analog 'lights'

If it's below a 7, I probably won't go back to it.
Then there's Cafe Mocha... very dark, extremely strong 'ugly' ... it's so ugly to my BUDDS I can't print a word worse than TOTALLY UGLY-GROSS CRAP. ok 3 words.

... and have since learned here about steeping. So... I may re-order some and let them sit, and then opine and re-rate.

Tis true. Ones in the top 10 like BWB, NLV, Roar, and maybe Highbrow would drop a LOT. Not necessarily that better vendors have come along (though I would argue that it's a big part of it) but also just the nature of popularity in vapes to wax and wane. Couldn't swing a cat without hitting a NLV or BWB thread in this forum a couple years back (remember KBV anyone? lol). Same with flavors, custard seems all the rage now, never heard it mentioned when I started. Gooey butter cake was much more popular back then. And Malty!

I agree. Highbrow did not impress me.. might be time to start a new list.

Here we go, finally another update!

New Kid, nicely done. What do you use to compile such a list? (I'm an Excel/Access guru)

My list?
1. Halo
2. Alice in Vapeland
3. Kick Bass Vapor

They are the only ones I've ordered from, the ones that I'd reorder. I will be sampling from the top ten.

I love this list and have referred to it countless times. I appreciate the time and effort put into making and updating it. So thank you so much for that!

Having said that, I wouldn't dismiss a vendor based solely on their ranking on this list. When I first started ordering online about 7 months ago I ordered a lot of liquids from a number of the top ranked places on the list. None of them were bad but most of them I never ordered from again. Nothing really struck me. The problem I usually had was that the flavor just wasn't there for me. Time and time again I'd eagerly run out to the mailbox, throw my new goodies into a dark place and wait for them to age. Break 'em out of hiding, load it up and "ho hum".

So I started reading more of what people were saying about vendors. Information such as flavor profiles and whether liquids were bold or subtle. I always check to see if a vendor I want to try is on the list at least and/or do a forum search for a vendor just to see if they appear to be legit. I find that some of my favorite vendors have very few "votes". Examples are Nicoticket and Velvet Cloud Vapor. Looking at the list now others that I have liked may only have a couple of votes.

So what I'm trying to say is that the list has been invaluable to me but I would not disregard a vendor based solely on the number of votes received.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. When I started the thread I had no idea it would still have people posting a year and a half later. My homeboy, New Kid, has done a wonderful job with keeping the updates and doing the list totally by himself. What's kind of funny is that New Kid, in this thread (early on), actually went through a bit of a metamorphosis with his outlook on vendors (and so did I). I like that aspect of this thread--the ability to see where you were and come back and say "I now think this...".

Interesting observation--there's more vendors that received one vote than any other number.

I agree about the list and ditto the Thanks for the Effort.

So this IS NOT A VOTE post but is a question. Is 117 NET Com 2 Naturally Extracted Tobaccos, or as it is used over at Natural Tobacco thread N-E-T, or a different vendor completely?

If it is N-E-T, then maybe a search/count should be re-done because the amount of posts that I read over the course of a few days suggests that N-E-T is more popular.

I realize, of course, that any popularity MUST be posted here to garner a bigger number than 2. :D

Ha! NET.com is an NET vendor that was born out of that thread. He makes, well, NETs. LOL. Only one of us would have named his company NET.com. That's all they do is make quality natural/extracted tobacco eliquid. And doing a fine job too.

I actually use OpenOffice. It's a bit cheaper than MS Office :). I have thought about putting it on Google docs just for easy access.

Ok. I guess.
Do I look confused? Then that would be me.

So I went back to the Nat 'Bacco list and found '(N-E-T, N.E.T., or NET.com) – the newest kid on the block... '

It's an All Clear now. 2 votes

Totally agree with that! In fact updating the list yesterday got me to order Nicoticket today. It went up 10 since my last update. That says something to me.

Metamorphosis is about right. When MrMann starated this list I was in search of a good vape still, fresh off the analogs. I have learned (and spent) a lot since then and have learned what I like and what I don't. I have found my perfect setup but I still keep looking for new flavors that align to my flavor profile. This list really helped me as well and continues to.

Okay, so jumping I here :)

My top five, not necessarily I order because I would rank the first three as a one:

Nicoticket
Alice in Vapeland
Ahlusion
NOLA Vape (not mentioned on here, New Orleans company with some excellent stuff, I was blown away by my first order, impressed!)

And honestly, that's all I can do. I've enjoyed some "gourmet" or different vendors lately, like Drakes Vapes, Space Jam and others. And really liking them. But not technically "vendors" perse and I can't rank them. So top four I guess! :D Warning though, I have not tried NOLA's tobacco vapes, just quite a few others. Excellent quality as I said surprised me quite a bit, placed more than a few orders from there. They do both complex and simple and while I've mostly gotten the more complex ones, they are excellent.

Sorry for the aside. :)
