Damn! I wish I could've gotten Devil Dog a month after dropping the habit! Even just to have know about a juice like that. It'll be back soon. Blue Grass Burley will be available within a couple days and is said to be Devil Dog's little bro.

My current top 5, which seems to be changing..and HHV may be getting on my list once I try more of their flavors. In no particular order:

Highbrow Vapor
Vape-a-Licious
NLV
Altcig
Ahlusion

LJ esmokes honorable mention simply for Upstomp's fantabulous crunch berries juice :D

I went from not having 5, to having 5, to being back to 3. It happens.

It certainly has been a fun "journey" finding out what I like and don't like that's for sure. :)

When you get to that place where you truly know, then finding what you might like is very much easier. I used to be a leaf in the wind, but now I am very much grounded.

I think I was somewhat lucky to find really good juices (for me) early on. I know many struggle finding their all day vapes. I will admit I went a bit crazy when I first started vaping. When reading the forums sometimes I will just have to try a juice that is talked about a lot. Sometimes I am wondering what on earth are people thinking, other times I have found true gems (most recently Gandalf). I've definitely slowed way down though. hehe.

I hear you. I did not mean to insinuate that a dollar difference (Ahlusion 30 mL is $16) is the difference between a quality vendor and a janky vendor. I was merely making a broader argument for those many viewers to this thread that are not actually on the forum and for those newbies that think all juices are created equally.

No insinuations taken. I was just trying to clarify myself. :D

Dang you, Mr Mann! After all this talk, now I want to try them!

I hear you. I did not mean to insinuate that a dollar difference (Ahlusion 30 mL is $16) is the difference between a quality vendor and a janky vendor. I was merely making a broader argument for those many viewers to this thread that are not actually on the forum and for those newbies that think all juices are created equally. I would venture to say that the majority of the vendors that most of use here are only separated by an insignificant cost differential. It should be noted, that the 2x10 mL I got from Ahlusion came with another 2x10 mL for me to "sample." The cost effectively became even lower than the bargain bin variety. (I would have never known that had I not purchased.)**

A couple more things about Ahlusion. They already have a cafe/smoothie bar and they're opening a new one at a different location soon. This is the first vendor that I have seen that actually has an employment tab on their site. They are actively, actually hiring people. Employment (click and read). Seriously?

Check out the Ahlusion Taste Panel E-Liquid Taste Panel to find out to how get free juices new to Ahlusion. 3 mL samples at 5 samples max per shipment is freakin' nuts. No fees, but for customers only.

We all have our reasons for why we patronize this vendor versus that vendor; I put Ahlusions prices, policies, juices, opportunities, quality and quantity up against any vendor. Oh, shipping to anyone in Michigan is free.

** I don't know if everyone gets those 10 mL samples from Ahlusion, but it was my first order, so it wasn't like I was a frequent customer or anything.

So, if you get it shipped free to you, then you could ship me some for free too, right? Pass it forward? Right Buddy Ol' Pal?

Hmmm, methinks I won't get a favorable response from that. LOL

I have been looking around the past few weeks for a new place to try. This ahlusion place actually looks pretty good. I also have been having that odd taste someone mentioned earlier. It's kinda like an oily chemical taste, odd to say the least. And both my last two orders have been a disaster. I waist most my e liquid trying to get the darn thing to work, and get some vapor. Mr.mann if you wan to suggest a good flavor from this place i may order some tonight. Also, I have been looking and can't find a cinnamon flavor one, i tend to like those, the red candy or aftershock type flavors. The only other thing I need to figure out is try it with the boges or order another dct tank. It seems when I first started the dct tanks worked better, though it may just be the liquid i been using. open to ideas.

I toatally agree with everything you said in your post (especially about some vendors arrogance.) I want to add some prices here to actually be able to see what these numbers are.

I would like to point out: For 30 mL

Heather's Heavenly Vapes is $ 12

GoodeJuice (NET) is $12.99

Parkes Vaping and AltCig are both $15 for 30 mL

Ahlusion is $16

BWB is $16.50

Want 2 Vape (NET) $18.50

Halo is $19.99

MsT's Bakery is $20.75

I see at least two vendors on that list that are not worth the money in my opinion. So, when I talk about quality and more expensive juices, I am really only talking a few bucks. Now with MsT's, I have to admit, that is absurd! Halo is fine I guess, but I will never be ordering from them again. Why go lab when I can get extracts for less. I still believe that money is of less concern than quality, but certain vendors may just be high for the sake of being high. IMO W2V being less than Halo and MsT is kind of goofy.

Those numbers are an eye-opener - which is why I was only willing to try AltCig and Parkes when they offered a sale. In fact, that's my new policy with all vendors. I will not try anything new, from any vendor (highly rated or otherwise) unless I can get it on sale. It's not a matter of my being frugal - its just that I'm sick and tired of wasting money on products that I just don't like.

I just placed a second order with Parkes for two flavors I really liked and was able to purchase 30 mil bottles for EIGHT DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS each. Are they as 'refined' as those that from higher priced vendors that I've tried? No, they're not. I can discern the difference. However, I happen to like those liquids more than those that were more refined and carried a higher price tag.

For me, it isn't about money. I happily paid 8 dollars and up, three times a day for cigars I enjoyed smoking. I didn't care what they cost... as long as I enjoyed them. From my experience, there simply are too many vendors selling over-hyped products that I personally don't feel are worth it. Even if the product is highly refined, looks like liquid gold, and smells like paradise, it isn't worth anything to me if it tastes weak (my biggest pet peeve).

Everyone is entitled to buy and enjoy what they want. As for me, I'm the world's greatest authority on what I like, and what I'm willing to pay for.

I also would like to add that when I recently tried Parkes, I paid about two bucks for 6 ml bottles on sale. At that price, it isn't even a gamble. I'll buy liquids from any vendor if I can sample at those prices - and I wouldn't shed a tear if I didn't like them. How many vendors out there are willing to offer us an opportunity to sample their products at those prices? Not very many, as I've discovered. These days I'm more inclined to try a vendor who has enough faith in their products to make it reasonablly affordable to sample.
