Alien Visions is one that I would recommend (depending on your taste) and they offer 100% VG juices. I'm not sure if they ship to Poland or not, but a number of other vendors carry their juice, such as GoodeJuice, Clouds of Vapor, Smoktek, and Nashville Vapor. Unfortunately supplies are low because AV is in the process of moving, but hopefully they will be set up and taking orders again soon.

Any suggestions for the primo vanilla that does not cost $15 for 5 of them and tastes good?

Does he like CREAMY type vanilla, or vanilla-vanilla? (only way I know how to explain it.)

Personally, i can't stand the creamy kind........therefore, most of the cappuchino's taste awful to me.

HHV does 100% VG, pretty sure they ship international, plus they have GREAT juice.
