Do you only stick to tobacco-like juice? I forgot.
I got Heavenly 7, Legendary, and Red Spot, and they are 3 that stay in my rotation. Red Spot is the best rasberry limeade I can imagine.
I've heard some dont' like some undertone in some of the tobacco flavors, I have that problem with Highbrow, for instance. Whatever the base is, or maybe how tobacco is extracted, I can't get near it.
I'm worried today. I placed an order, so I've got bottles of Gold and BH coming, but I got samples a day after I ordered from a friend and I'm starting to think that if juice has PG in it, my taste buds go numb.
The stuff has steeped since august, so it's not that. I literally cannot "get" whatever the taste is. I can tell it's clean tasting, but I cannot differentiate flavors across any of the juices. And I got 5 samples.
So....it's me. And I was hoping to love it, because the price is also very good.
I need to research the PG phenomena....I've heard the sore throats, etc. stories, but my reaction seems to be numbness of senses. And, I get a kinda strange sensation in my nasal passages and sinuses.
So, I guess I'll have unopened NLV Gold and BH and Renegade going up in the classies as soon as the mailman comes. AT least it will save somebody having to get a money order etc.
I dunno whether to "wait it out" and see if my buds revive or change. I would have to talk to someone else who has this PG thing. All the VG juices I can taste immediately and keenly.
I am willing to give HB another chance at some point, but I did not care for their tobaca either.
I prefer them to at least pretend to be tobacco, yes.
Touche! There are some decent pretenders out there! Actually, there are some pretenders that are better than some of the "real" tobacco juices.
Their tobaccos tasted like every other light non tobacco tasting Ry4 that you will find from many many vendors. They are all using the same Ry4 DIY flavoring. The only real Ry4s I have vaped came from Elixir and Ikenvape.
I should have said they are all using the same Ry4 DIY flavor but adding a little something extra....like HBs Ry4...it's more bold and stronger but still has that same ol Ry4 taste you will get from most vendors....unless HB changed thier Ry4 since a few months ago.
I know somebody reading this has to know what I'm talking about..if you have tried several different Ry4s from diff vendors and they all taste the same...that same "tobacco" taste. For instance...QuickNicJuice's Ry4 compared to HB Ry4 they are the same except HB adds more of a bolder darker taste. Rawr Sweet Pipe tastes just like it. NeonVapers Ry4 tastes just like it. HappyEsmokers St James Reserve...same taste.

The other day I got a bunch of DIY flavors from Wizard labs. I picked up a bottle of Tobacco Absolute. Now I know what alot of vendors are using to give thier tobacco that grassy fresh cut pine wood taste. It's bad enough to pour down the drain.
Yeah, I can't do Highbrow's tobaccos either, and it's not for lack of trying. I find something in there rather disagreeable, but it seems to be a love/hate thing with people. I've enjoyed some of their other flavors.
Yeah, I'm not knocking HB...they have wonderful juices. Was just talking about the Ry4.
A different Ry4 than what I'm talking about is something like NLV Ry4 Renegade....has it's own taste. Really that's the only one that comes to mind that actually tastes different than every other Ry4 out there besides the real long lost Ry4 flavor that you will find at ElixirLiquid and Ikenvape Ry4 Gold.

Same here.
I desperately tried to like HB's Tobacco Exotic, got it in 3 different incarnations (with Apricot, with Peach, and with their marvelous Orange de Sangre) . . . and bleargh!! I just can't vape it -- no matter how many months have passed! (TE is an extracted tobacco, BTW).OTOH, I adore their Limoncello, OdS, and Coconut!
