I'll update my list as well -

1) MaddCatt Vapors (Favorites - Cinnamon Sugar Cookie and Red Hots)
2) The Plume Room (Favorites - Vanilla Caramel Frappuccino and Creamy Chai)
3) Halo
4) Alice in Vapeland

#5 is open and, frankly, unnecessary!

I love that this thread is continuing!

:thumb:

I never thought about it when I started the thread, but it is a bit of a "favorites" journal, more than a "favorites" proclamation. A lot of us have changed since first posting. Actually, I have noticed a huge drop off in the original most popular names in lieu of the more new or obscure vendors.

That's great news!

Can we see them?

Gone forever. They were sold at the Art and Wine auction, so it was cash and carry. I wasn't able to get my photographer to take slides of them. Plus, I didn't have the money for slides (it's about 30 bucks per). The paintings have a lot of gloss and transparency so they need to be photographed professionally. If I were to do it, it would look shotty and the paintings would not be shown correctly.

These paintings really were not my finest hour (shhh), as I did them quickly, so I really didn't want to have them as a part of my portfolio. I would rather take the money and run.

p.s. I don't even know what they sold for, I just know of the opening bid or the bare minimum, which was 70% of my asking price.

very satisfied in our mature vaping life.

I don't think I'm going to reach that point. "mature vaping". The really well-done complex mixes are probably gonna be lost on me. I already know this, because I enjoy bland food. I don't use much seasonings unless they are fresh herbs. I like a tad of Pick-a-peppa sauce and that good Louisiana hot sauce, and japanese Wasabi. Other than that........

I would probably love Ahlusion's Smooth Criminal if they made it really less tasty/spicey. I can barely stand flavoring at all. Half the stuff I've sampled tastes like butter, cream, popcorn, vanilla, caramel or danish...............all *ughs* for me. :) Esp the caramel.......seems like that in almost EVERYTHING. yuk.

My favorite flavor is HORCHATA, not sweet. I know, I know.........what's horchata. :) And 1-2 coffee flavors.

The house is full of small boxes, bubble wrap, tape, envelopes. Kinda burnt out from receiving vape mail. Gonna take it all to recycling center this week. :)

I think I"d like to find a smooth, mild, uncomplex tobacco vape with very subtle fruit underneath. Lime or lemon. (If that exists). Tried the orange de sangre, it's about 100x too orangey for me.

Otherwise, I'm thinking of moving to straight VG w/some Ecopure nic in it, maybe put 2 drops of flavoring in there myself LOL

RH, I promise you that Wlad at Ahlusion or Brian at Highbrow would accommodate you. But I know sometimes it's easiest to just pick one that is already available, or make it yourself.

All VG liquids @ 24mg for me...

Ave (Bobba)
Johnson's Creek (Red Oak Domestic, excellent juice)
Highbrow (RY4, Blood Orange)
Rawr (JY4... just got some and love it!)

also have enjoyed Janty (RY4) and Ikenvape (tobacco flavors.)

...and you know V4L has a menthol flavor, Smilin' Special that is really good but not in VG.

VapingZone is my favorite DIY supplier.

You got to remember though, HHV is practically a newborn compared to most other vendors, let alone all those established vendors way low on the list! Hell, Vapor Station only has 3.

The rating for Vapor Station here in this topic seems very strange, since Vapenstein gave 3 of their juices top billing. The proprietor was a tobacconist in England and works with some India flavors, apparently. I'd say he probably knows a bit about tobacco.

I think the top 5 list tends to favor the latest greatest crushes that people get on juice vendors, which is okay, but some of the older ones are not really represented accurately in this thread maybe.

Vapor Station is quality juice, but I am not sure if they can hold up with the newer vendors. Competition is a beeatch! I bought everything (tobaccos) from VS and after a couple days, I was done with them. I like good juice no matter when the vendor was established, but sometimes the established vendors are set in their ways and not keeping up with advances made by other newer vendors; not saying they should depart from what made them known, but you got to stay relevant somehow.

Also, I don't know what the ratio of new vapers to old vapers is on this thread, but initially, it was a really good mix.

RH, considering you like lighter flavors, you actually may like VS.
