I picked up a clear top cap that fits igo-w and igo-l. It came with two pre-drilled air holes that appear to be right around 5/64. They have the shrillest whistle, it sounds like I'm calling for help when I take a drag.. Any ideas of something I can do to reduce this without damaging the cap?

It looks just like this one

If it was metal, I'd suggest taking a large drill bit like 3/8th or 1/2 inch and making a small bevel around the outside of the hole. I've never done it with any plastic, so I'd suggest finding some other piece of plastic to try it out on first and seeing how it looks. Other than that, make sure the hole is smooth inside and out. Any little jagged bit could cause a whistle.
