Higher ohms takes less amps for a given watts.

I have used the top coil i30 with 2.2Ω coils at 10 watts no problem. Usually use them at 8-9.

I also have smok Champion vivi nova style top coils at 2.4Ω and usually at 7 although I have run them a little higher.

Point is, you don't need higher watts if it vapes well at lower watts.

Cool. Thanks PaulBHC.

Basically, whatever tastes best with the amount of vapor you like is all you need to worry about.
You have a high ohm element so it should be able to go as high as your ipv will go, which is 15 watts i believe.
Enjoy your vape !
p.s
tasteyourjuice.com has a nice chart that may help you if your overly curious - ohms to volts/watts...and what it should be at (settings on device). !

MVPs only go up to 11watts my 1.6 and 1.8 ohm nautilus works good 4volts; but at 7 or 8 watts its perfect. so for any mod or tanks a person has different settings but you have to find your setting. all e-liquids or e-juices are different. oh a MVP has no comparison to a IPV2 at all I own both. for 1. an iPV has n variable voltage 2. iPV's wattage is a different,
