Top refilling CAP stuck

Hi guys so i just bought myself the cloud beast king tfv12 And i was going to fill juice into IT but when i tried to screw open the top refilling CAP that goes to the side when its open, IT dosent open. Any tips?

I take it this is for your first filling? If the TFV12 is anything like the Baby/Big Baby tanks, try a little pressure "down" (towards the tank) on the arrow while pressing it to the side. Just to double check, you are not talking about the TFV12 Prince are you?

Hi, Yes ive tried pressing IT down but still Jammed, not a prince

I don't have that tank, so not sure how much help I can be. Hopefully somebody who does will stop by. In the meantime.......

Did you remove the drip tip before trying to open it? If not, try that.
Did you have it open and fill it before?
Did you disassemble completely before using it?

About the best I got right now is remove the base, coil, and glass leaving just the top. Then run the top under hot water or maybe even soak it in some hot water for a bit. Dry it as best you can and try to open it before it cools clear down. I'm wondering if the fill gasket might have dislodged a bit and is putting it in a bind.

some slide open to the side, others slide open as if in a slot... look carefully for an arrow or dot on the top portion of the atty...
