Those numbers sound perfect and correct. The voltage on your mod can go higher than the battery voltage (which is 3.7v nominal), due to a boost circuit in the mod.

they're exactly right as optic says... it will vary the volts depending on what the build of the coils are and the wattage you have it set as, this is what a regulated mod does.
Well thanks for replys, my battery seems are bad.. battery indicator is blinking then i vape at 50w but at like 35 is fine.. and its lasts for like 1h i think i need to buy other is vtc4 fine? Btw i got that broken battery for free then i bought my kit. 
it's letting you know you're vaping at the wrong settings... that's what that flashing means. you need to learn ohm's law, at least a regulated mod is preventing you from making a painful mistake.

But the battery dischargea so fast.. it lasted for me like 1h from full..

you're subohming- uses more power that supraohming
you're using clapton coils- more wire means more power needed
the higher watts you use- more power needed
your device is regulated... it's going to warn you with the flashing when you are exceeding what it can do. the issue isn't with the battery, it's how you're using it.

It sounds like your battery is past its life cycle. What battery is it?
he's using .6 ohms clapton at 35-50w... depending on if they're chain vaping... yes they could go through a 2500mah battery that fast. i know i can.

they think the battery is broken because of the short usage... sounds like they're new to vaping and don't understand the limits of the batteries quite yet.
I think your right, its just when people say "broken battery", I always envision a dented-up battery with the wrap half hanging off, lol.
you should use what is best for you, but within the limits of the mod you have. if you get the flashing like that, it means the wattage is too high in relation to the coil for the mod.

Reading through your thread again, I think for run-time and the watts your using that LG HG2 would be a better battery for you than the VTC4.
those are the batteries we use in all 3 of ours, they work well.
