Toprol 510 vs Boge 510 Cartos

I have been using the Boge 510 cartomizers exclusively. I have only seen pictures of the new Toprol 510 cartos and you can only see the difference in connector material.

Does anyone know how the Toprol Cartos are?
Do they burn filler like the Boge ones?
are they contructed differently?
