So, I'm planning on upgrading from my Vamo V5 towards the end of the month, and as much as I dislike the overall shape of the box mods, there aren't any small form tube VV or VW mods that really do anything for me. So after browsing the forums for a bit I'm leaning towards the Hana Mod with the 30W chip, or the IVP V2 with the 50W chip. I am already building my own coils on a kayfun lite clone and Protank III's and just about have the kinks ironed out in the simple coils and will probably pick up another kayfun and maybe a RDA of some kind. Right now I'm leaning towards IVP v2 in part due to pricing, and the ones I've seen appear to be authentic (leaning towards this one 50 Watt Box Mod IVP 2). The only reason I lean towards authentic is the safety factor followed by the reliability factor. I've read to many varied reviews on the Hana Mod clones to feel really secure in ordering one, and I'm also bit anxious regarding ordering batteries to go with either one. The one thing that does draw me towards the Hana Mod/clones is the size, especially the mini version. Could someone point me in the right direction regarding reliable and trustworthy sources for both? Im hoping that this will be my final VV/VW mod until I make the switch mechanical mods (mostly for form factor/appearance) so I want this to last.

First thing would be to consider if you would really need the full 50 watts on the IPV.

I own an authentic Hana V3 and can tell you they are fairly durable and get the job done. The clones have a few problems, not sure if they've been worked out as I've not fallowed up on any cana etc clones for a while. I had to send my authentic in for a replacement charging port and it was back within one week from when I mailed it out. While I don't have any negatives towards the IPV, it's too early to tell about its longevity. Where as Hana ( IMO ) is tried and true. Hanas main site has a vendor list, and I would only order from one of them if you decide on that. VTC4 and or VTC5s will be fine battery wise.

I have the 1st gen cloupor box. Other than a couple of weird things, e.g., it takes a couple of clicks before I can vape, screen randomly turning on, doesn't turn to green when it's done charging, I still love it. From what I've heard, all of those issues have been fixed with the 3rd gen (which is what they're selling now). I can't recommend it for the price and size.

Impulse bought a cloupor yesterday at my local brick and mortar. Picked up Sony vtc 5 batteries to go with it...though they are almost definitely counter fits. Im returning one and gonna use the other for a week then order the right Sony vtc4 from sunvapors. Otherwise haven't played with it much. Just put a battery in this morning And will charge it on the cable at work.
