Tornado Battery and LR atomizers

I have been alternating my Tornado batteries daily on regular attys and Mega type b attys for the last 2 months. I would get 10-12 hours with moderate to heavy vaping. For one week I vaped with an LR510 atty from iVape and got less vaping time as I knew LR's drain your battery faster. I only used it about 2 hours a night. I stopped using the LR and reverted exclusively back to the Mega atty and for the last 4 days I only get 4 hours of use out of the battery before it goes totally dead.
Seems to me that the LR has been detrimental to the overall characteristics of both of my batteries. Has anyone else experienced this?

Follow up:
It took about a week more to get my batteries back to a full day of use with the standard atty. I guess they had to cycle several times with a charge / discharge.
