I find with the tanks (I have an eGo-T & 510 T) that I have to go to about a 50 / 50 VG / PG mix to make them work reasonably well. I usually vape 100% VG so this is a compromise for me, but one that I deal with when out and about. VG can tend to be a bit think to wick properly in a tank system.

I found this thread-
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...xperiencing-have-hinters-fix.html#post2612530

Also this -

"Something that worked for me or at east I think it did was turning the tank around in the atty and drawing 3 rather hard dry puffs without firing the atty to get some juice in there. If that doesnt work it will work to drip like 3 drops on the atty then placing the tank back in"

If fooling with it doesn't work (I had one that worked great and one I could never get to work) you could get a box of boge 2.0 cartomizers. Joogler has them on sale with a free bottle of juice and if it's the first time you order from them you get $5.00 off. They ship really fast.

I'll find the link for you.

Sorry you're having problems! How frustrating!!

In some reviews I've seen there seems to be an issue with VG levels the tank can cope with?
Does anybody know? The carts TW supplied with the starter kit vaped really well, but I have no idea what ratio of PG VG supplied with the starter kit I got....

I have the tornado tank too I have found that the amount of vg that the tank can handle varies from vendor to vendor (at least for me) Also depends on how dark it is for example I have 2 flavors both are 70% vg one is a dark brown and the other is a light pink. The pink one I have no problem vaping the brown one will not wick well at all.... As for the juice you got with your kit I believe those are 80% pg 20% vg that seems to be the "standard" ratio of things

I agree with Swedishfish. I think one of the biggest issues of people not continuing is due to the fact that it is not as simple as pulling a smoke from the pack and then lighting it. It does take time and effort to get to the point where you are reasonably happy, whether that be hardware, juice or a combination. I have only been going for about 2 1/2 months now and am still yet to find my juice nirvana, which I am sure is out there, so just have to keep on looking.

As SF suggested, try the Boge carto's or even direct dripping and see how that goes for you. Neither is a convenient as the tank system but may be worth trying to see what you think of the difference. Personally it didn't work well for me ( wicking issues due to my VG juice) but my wife is fine with it (100% PG juice) as it wicks well for her, although no matter what the flavour she can't taste anything anyway

Yeah, I have this 808 stuff that is crazy awesome but i wanted to get more batt life and less cleaning hassle so i ordered the tank. If i can use a cartomizer i guess i will go that way. Thanks again. I'll check Joogler out.

You have an ego type battery right? Or a 510? If you have a 510 don't order the low resistance cartomizers, order regular.

Amazingly enough, this unit is now working beyond great! I just did the dry burn thing(I think) and blew through the atomizer while burning. Scads of vapor came out...... Fired it up again with some of Robs PG cherry cool rush and voila. Awesome vape... Guess this thing was made for LiquidXpress. Thanks for all the help folks!

Hi!
On tanks is recommended to go at 70 PG/30 VG but i run mine on a 50%PG/40%VG and 10% vodka.
The vodka will dissolve the liquid making the wick better.
If you are alergic to PG you may want to try and dissolve the VG but if it's 100%VG don't do 50% on vodka...just add 10% and make a sample to see if it wicks better.

Just my 2 cents
