Is not the improved version of a Model T Ford .... Still a Model T Ford.

Uh... no. The "improved" model might be the Model Y. Then again, an improved model might be a Ferrari Testarossa.

So a Improved eGo By Joye ....... Must still be a eGo by Joye

Really, really bad logic often leads to really, really bad results.

All I want in life is knowing what I am paying for ... Knowing what I am getting.

I have had 3 dse 801's purchased from different dealers. All came in exactly the same box and looked just about the same.....But they were all different and not the same make.

Vapor was similar ..... But each one you had to vape differently .... Deep down the atti's was different.

Not even sure if one of them was a original DSE 801.

'S OK, Andre. No worries. So far as the Obsession goes all we can do is speculate... hahaha. It's kept tightly under wraps until it's ready for unveiling. Barely any hints even. I'm curious too, as we all are! Patience is a virtue I'm sure! :vapor:
My apologies.
Looks like I put my foot in it .Did not intend to offend any one .Just trying to get some clarity.Dont get me wrong I am not a Joye fan.
I like EM product range aimed at the the serious vaper like myself. I see the the Riva type shape as the PV of the future . If only I can get hold of the Short adjustable 510 to 801 adaptor( not the long one sold made by SLB) so that I can fit a 801 atti with a modified cone my life will be complete. From the response on the forum looks like EM have a lot of dedicate fan out there and I am being corrected very quickly. Regards Andre Nagel
PS. Is the Obsession a mini duel sim IPhone with a 801 atti and 2 1200 mah batteries ? Ok maybe one day.

Yes, it's understandable your confusion but we must allow a little leeway as English is not their first language.

Re: *2*. I think what they meant to say is that you will save $18.00 buying the EM RiVa over "similar" models from other vendors. That's how I read it but then English isn't my first language either. :pervy::pervy::pervy:

A small (new) factory would not have the same capability of mass production as a large facility. Give it time. And don't sweat the small stuff. :p

Please understand that I am not trying to run EM down.

EM is a great supplier ... If not the best ..... And we will be worse of without them

Let me show you what led me to believe that EM don't personally manufacture the products in their own Factory with their own workers.

Below is a extract of the Riva on the EM site
....................................................................................................................

EM-Riva is a specially *1*made product for Eastmall .
It has better manual button .
2.Better battery quality
3. The shape for Riva is better looking than similar ones.
4. *2*You saved at least $18 from any other sellers

The starter kit includes:
2 pcs of 510 atomizer
2 pcs of 750mah battery
1 PC fast charger (only takes 2 and a half hours to fully charge the batts) plus Wall charger
10 pcs blank cart
1 PC cone

Please note: *3*Riva is an improved version with several improvements, but all parts are interchangeable
Eastmall will give 6 months on warranty for RiVa kit and 3 months on battery
...........................................................................................
*1* Made for EM ...... Not by EM
*2*From other seller .....selling the same product?
*3* Improved version .......Of the same thing ? .... Of a older model ?

Is not the improved version of a Model T Ford .... Still a Model T Ford.

So a Improved eGo By Joye ....... Must still be a eGo by Joye

Where I come from a MALL is a shopping Center ... Where goods are sold not manufactured

Stock levels is also Way to low for a 'Factory'

So don't blame me for this it is straight of the EM website.

Regards
Andre Nagel

Ok here it the low down on the Shape of the future .

The eGo is available OEM and and not 'owned' by any specific reseller.

Quote from mail received from Joyetech.
.........................................................................................

Our MOQ for starter kit is 500 sets as we only do wholesale and OEM brands products.
.........................................................................................................
The Riva is not made Joyetech.

The Riva is a completely new design and manufactured by EastMall and only looks similar to the other models .
All bits and pieces are compatible with the eGo/Tornado.(made by Joye) and will work with one another.

The Riva
Has a larger battery @ 750 mah.
Better button (a weakness on the Joye model.)
Available only from EM.With a 6 months warranty on the RiVa kit and 3 months on the battery.

I already own a eGo ... So the logical thing for me to do is order a Riva from EM a step forward in the evolution of the PV. Not just the same thing by another name.

I'd be interested in a comparison when you get your RiVa. I don't own one myself yet. Still waiting for my LR5 atties.
