I started with a smoketip back in dec and completely stopped smoking with it. I really like it despite the bad reviews it gets on here. Recently they've had some stocking issues so I bought the tornado tank thinking it might be better. I received it tonight and im really disappointed. It produces a huge amount of vapor but I don't feel anything. I guess this is the "throat hit" people talk about. I ordered menthol and have tried every prefilled cart they send you and none of them have any taste except for a nasty afterthought. I also bought some double mint liquid and filled my own and its the same thing. Am I doing something wrong? I've twisted to make the hole bigger and took the short quick drags... I hope someone has some tips for me. Thanks.

I can't help you with this but wanted to welcome you to the forums. People with more info will be along shortly. 
Yeah I would wait until the initial break-in, time period has passed. Throat hit and flavor should become more apparent after that.
If you are still wanting more throat hit after that and it's not giving it to you, you could always try and pick up a LR ( low resistance) atomizer for your tank system, most ecig stores should have them now. You could also buy a bottle of USP PG form the pharmacy and try adding a bit to your liquid. Another thing you could do is add pure grain alcohol like everclear to your liquid.
Now all of this being said, as far as taste goes, unless you are going to make your own DIY liquids and put more flavoring drops than you normally would, there is not much you can do as far as taste for your ego-t.... they are known to lack flavor because of the tank system.

I blew out the primer and there was a lot of brown gunk in it. At first I got a horrible cough inducing burnt taste but its getting better. It's definantly more minty. Im still not blown away however. Im going to give it a few more days and then think about returning it. How is their return policy? Thanks for all the advice and the welcome.
I never ordered from volcano be4 so i'm not sure. I just remember they only cover a DOA for that tank atty. As far as return I have no idea.
It will take about 3 tanks till it finally kicks in. Also in my opinion the tank gives lack and incosistancy of the flavor even after it kicks in. There are some that loves it and some dun. The only reason Im ok w/ it, cuz it's very simple to fill, no mess. I normally would use menthol on it. That brings out the flavor more comparing to the other flavors ejuice I have.
