I hate to post this in the newbie forum... I have been lurking for a while and vaping for months but have never posted. So, because this is my first post ..... I have to. Anyway, like I said before, I have been vaping for months and go the entire work week without analogs. The only problem I have encountered while trying to quit analogs was vaping and drinking (alcohol). It was absolutely impossible for me. After about two beers, out came the analogs. I always hated myself the next day, sore troat, nasty smell, bad breath etc,etc... I had tried in vain for at least two months to get away from my weekend vice, different liquids, cartomizers so as not to have to drip, PCC so I could have a fresh 510 bat, several spare bats just in case..... Nothing was helping. My 510 would get so hot that it would burn my hand if I touched the atty. Puffing away to no avail... About two weeks ago I recieved my Joye Ego and a bottle of Halo torque 56 (which I ordered on a whim after reading some praising posts about it). The Ego is fantastic, just truly fantastic. I use 1 battery all day if I'm vaping reguarly. PCC and spare bats out of the picture. No more carrying a giant pocket full of crap and trying not to lose it when I'm intoxicated. The Halo torque... WOW! This stuff is like crack. It's so tasty and .... I dunno.. complex?.. I cant stop vaping it. This is for sure my all day vape from now on. The best part? It's better than a real cigarette when I'm drinking. No analogs in two weeks now:2cool:. I think the torque works for the fact that it doesn't rely on nicotine alone for a throat hit. Not sure how they do it but it's true (ask any Halo user). I used VERY high nicotine liquids while drinking and even then the throat hit just wasn't there after two drinks. It felt like I wasn't even vaping. The torque has a completely different throat hit, it's still there after several beers and kicking (at much lower nic level I might add!). I have learned a lot from this site and am nothing but greatfull for it's knowledgeable members and the wealth of information it has provided me. That being said, never before have I been so compelled, as I am now, to post. The Joye Ego and Torque 56 deserve to have their praises shouted from the mountain tops for keeping me away from analogs when no other method I have tried for 13 years has done so.
Sorry for the novel......
