Total nicotine content question

Am I correct in that a bottles' total nicotine content to be the nic level printed on the bottle times the quantity of the bottle? So a 30ml bottle with 21mg nic would be 630 mgs of nic total? Or a 10ml bottle with the same nic level would have 210 mgs total nic?

The mg rating is per ml.
