So..being a "mixologist" bartender for many years, I couldn't wait to get some stuff & start flexing my DIY muscles.:) This particular recipe ended up being so completely addicting, I had to share.

The following is for a PREMIXTURE - everyone's tastes are different...
I apologize for the measuring techniques - maybe some of you math whizzes can break it down to percentage or mL. All flavors are LorAnn's except the Dulce de Leche, which came from Perfumer's (Flavorist's) Apprentice.
This premix recipe is for a pretty small "test" amount, so you're not wasting too much flavoring (I'm pretty sure you'll be remaking this though:p )
NOTE: My term "Drops" refers to just that - drops from a dropper.

Chocolate Caramel Praline:
15 drops Chocolate
10 drops Pralines & Cream
5 drops Dulce de Leche (P.A.)
5 drops Caramel
3 drops vanilla or vanilla extract (I use extract)
2 drops sweetner (I use sucralose, you choose though)

Mix/blend well & add to base of your choice.

Mix @ 15-20% of your total volume. I've used a PG/VG blend (heavy on the VG) and it ends up tasting so good you feel like you should be chewing it. I should throw out a warning though - because of the LorAnn's Pralines & Cream, the mixture will be dark - some folks don't like dark juices because they say it kills their attys...I dedicated an atty just to this mix (no issues so far, a week into it) just in case it is hard on it. But it's soooo good, I'll kill as many attys as I need to. *drool* (Don't wanna sound pompous, I just really really love this mix! :) )

each dropper has a different size opening, so some might produce larger drops while others produce smaller drops which changes the amount of drops required to make a ML. Was asking so i could help figure out the ML ratio's for the recipe.

Take the dropper you used and fill a container to 1 ml....counting the drops. From there the drops/ml can be entered into Breaktru's software

This really sounds good - I'm only lacking the Pralines concentrate - which brand?? - btw, where do you get the vanilla extract and who makes it?? - Thanks

That looks like the percentages I came up with too.

Now how to get that into a calculator for sample sizes. I am a relative noob and complete DIY newbie, don't even have my stuff yet...

Percentages are:

Chocolate Caramel Praline:
37.5% Chocolate
25% Pralines & Cream
12.5% Dulce de Leche (P.A.)
12.5% Caramel
7.5% vanilla or vanilla extract (I use extract)
5% sweetner (I use sucralose, you choose though)

The next question is, did he use the LorAnn dropper on the PA flavor too?

First decide the percentage of flavor you want to use or is recommended, then just take the percentages and multiply each by the % of flavor you want to start with. Let's say 20% flavor...

37.5 X 20% = 7.5%
25 X 20% = 5%
12.5 X 20% = 2.5%

and so on for each flavor.

I would use the same size dropper for everything. Start with a small (3ml) test batch at the lowest % you think you'd like. You can always add more, but it's difficult to fix a mix with too much flavor.

Once you've found your 'sweet spot' for this (or any) flavor, and if it's a recipe you think you'll use a lot of, just make up a bottle of flavor base at your desired percentage to mix into your nic/VG/PG base as needed.
