I have to make my decision by 6pm PST tonight or I get neither (long and irrelevant story) the problem is.. I want them both haha. Ok I can't make up my mind. I'd be happy with either one. They're both like 50x better than anything I've ever owned... so.. I wanna put it to a vote.. I respect all of the opinions here (even if I don't hang around as much as I should) so plz help me choose guys? I'll love you forever and ever and always!

hehehe

Hi there =)

Both are extremely good laptops for the price (not that i tried 'em, i am talking about specifications) and it really looks like a matter of personal preferences which one to get. If you are a gamer, pick the X6 one, it has a better video card. If you want more HDD space for films, music, data, whatever, get the C2S.

I, personally, want top performance when playng, so i'll choose the X6. Then again, if you are a gamer you'd better stick to a home system, but i digress.

Another important thing to point out is that it's much easier to swap an HDD than a video card in a laptop, and you can always use an external support for your files/data/w/e.

MY choice would be the X6.

Hope this helps =)

Gotta be the X6
Ok a slightly better processor on the other and bigger HDD however the higher speed of the X6 s HDD coupled with the better Gfx card ( remembering of course that laptop gfx cards are throttled back to stiop the heat generation) would be the feather on the scale. tipping it towards the X6

However with all that " extra performance" you will find you battery life will no doubt be hit.

Good luck in your choice

Both nice lappy tops though

I know I'll be happy with either..thats why I put it to a vote.. until the last 2 on here I had 42 votes locking it at a dead tie! (I've got people voting in like 4 different places online) lol I was getting worried it would come down to the flip of the coin. but now the x6 is a head by 2 :p We'll see how it shakes out.. I'll do the final count at 4 my time (its 2:22 here now)

JIC anyone actually wants to know. I bought the X6.. it came in yesterday and its BEAUTIFUL! The pictures online do not do it justice. I personally think its nicer than a brand new Mercedes but that may just be me lol I cant wait to get off work today so I can truly play with it. Yesterday was mostly getting rid of "the Norton Virus" .. I truely hate norton.. and installing extra browsers, anti-virus, stuff like that. I still have some other installs to do so that it's where I want it.. but I get all weekend to play with my new toy! I'm as happy as a kid at christmas!

Great choice!! I hate it when they stuff crapware such as norton and macafee on, it makes setting up so much longer!

I bought a lenovo netbook a few weeks ago, will take ruggedness over beauty anyday and it sure is solid but the battery is crap! It also came with something really nasty - an Office 2007 trial AND I think Norton free trial was there too!! Other than that great machine.
