On Nov 2, I ordered a few things from Totally Wicked after a terrible experience with another supplier. One of those things was a tornado ( eGo ) passthrough.

Since receiving it I have used it non stop. And I love it.

Today around 11am central time, it suddenly would not turn off. At first I thought it was my arty but when I tested the atty with another battery it was fine but the passthrough took another fresh atty and turned it red hot and wouldn't shut off until I unscrewed the atty.

So I called TW and talked to Chris. Chris was helpful, looked up my info said yes I see you purchased that through us here's what we can do: We will send you another battery today and include a prepaid envelope with the shipment. Please drop the defective battery in the prepaid envelope and drop that in the mail so we can have a look at it.

I sure will!

Less than an hour later, I had been emailed my tracking number.

After the experience I posted about in the negative feedback forum, it was great to have my faith in ecig suppliers restored.
