Since they just started a yo yo deal on atty's that my house uses alot i thought to get a few, sadly i place it for 1.8 ohm then my req. 2.4 which cause me to freak out & think crap i just wasted money to get useless atty's i don't need but i thought to call them & see if i could do something about it. i got help fast by steven whom told me it be no issue to change the ohm to the 2.4 & should be out to me at the same time, i was so glad for the quick & reliable help they gave me plus i been using their products for awhile so happy to get what i needed done fast, only issue i wish i didn't have was these atty's burning out 
but nothing perfect & the atty's last about 1 to 2 weeks so that isn't so bad
