Briefly describe your problem or issueTotally Wicked sold me a k1 dc rcs dual coil tank and it was the worst e-cig product I've ever bought. Was super excited when it arrived because my last coil for my other tank went out on me and I had been unable to vape for a while. So I set it up and let some of their juice soak in for a little while and fired it up, and it just gave me super harsh hits that made me cough. Not only that but it produced very little vapor.
The next day I e-mailed them and haven't heard from them yet. When I had to search my e-mail to see if there was a response, I discovered the e-mail I had sent them 6 months prior about another faulty product, and that one never got answered either. Their site clearly states to e-mail them at the address I sent mine to but apparently they don't check or respond to complaints.
The only reason I bought the tank was because in the description it says "mountainous kick and joyous plumes of vapour". It was right about the "mountainous kick", in fact the kick was so mountainous it made my lungs feel like I had just chainsmoked a pack of marlboros. By "plumes" it must have meant it doesn't deliver any vapor. So long story short I spent $25 (bought a pack of replacement coils along with it since I was so certain it'd be good) on something that'll sit in my vape drawer never to be used again. I really wish they'd e-mail me back and fix this some day...
I was a long time customer and have been buying from them for nearly a year but I will never order from them again unless they fix this.
