Hi thanks for the Feedback, im looking into any accessibility issues and take seriously the point that if users cannot access the site this is a potential issue.

I feel the sites easier than the previous to navigate and shop. Hit buy online.

All catergories come up. Hit catergory all products and images there, hit the image your at the buying page.

The fluid is all in one place, easy drop downs, full stock levels. You can buy any strength, any flavour in any denomination with out being moved of the page. on the old site this was a serious weakness.

Just my thoughts

Great to hear that you'll look at the accessibility of the site. It's often overlooked unfortunately.

As for the navigation I guess that's quite subjective and it looks like it's getting a very positive response. I find lists easier to navigate than a page of images personally but I'm probably in a minority.

I think its the old adage of how we assimilate information. Some people like it written, some like it visual. Its a fine balance i feel. I have sent your post to the develpers and am awaiting their response.. Hope your well and thanks for your input its appreciated:)

"We will make adjustments based on your comments and we will be further refining the checkout in the coming month, your feedback is important. The site is more accessible than ever before, complying to the Disability Discrimination ACT so now people with special needs and accessibility options enabled have a much better user experience, can be accessed by ALL major browsers, is lovely on the iPhone, Blackberry and Windows Mobile platforms. Thanks for your comments, all are greatly appreciated."

While the new site is easy to use IMHO it has lost it class:( I read somewhere on here that the average age of vapers was between 40 & 60.

If that's about right [don't quote me on this] why on earth has the new design been aimed at teenagers? Or was it perhapes teenager comic book readers who designed it? :nah:

Grandma im 44 i helped design it to my specifications. The Designers are run by a guy in his 50s.

I understand for the more conservative minded it might not appeal, but this was the same on the old site.

Because we are older doesnt mean we need get our slippers on and retire:)

I always loved comic books and Totally wicked is in my mind much more than an ecig site.

It curently only sells ecigs but im doing my best to develop a commuity and this will further develop into other goods in the TW range.

Im truly sorry you dont like it and hope you remain a customer.. Remember the Marvel Comics?? That was my brief...I think we have achieved that and integrated some excellent user benefits into the site.

All The Best Jason

i must say, the comic book design is at least creative :) i've yet to try your products since i'm well stocked on EVERYTHING, but i've always liked your designs.

one thing though...what's with the Leo Dicaprio story that's months old? just seems a little...off. dunno. i guess the placement saying "last weekend" just seems a bit misleading, but that's the only thing to me personally that seemed odd.

i guess i get the point of others being all mad about the design, heck i remember all the threads about how people couldn't handle having a devil face logo on their atomizer for fear of how their peers will react.

i think the choice in your design is always going to garner a bit of attention, but i will say it's admirable you've stuck to your guns and not gone all teddy bear and flowers :)

Too LOUD:evil:and half naked devil girls? I'm also beteween 40-60
My wife wouldn't appreciate the 1/2 naked devil girls? just to find a new flavor of juice.

IMO a good site would look like

Keep the Devil but make him sophistocated Maybe sitting behind a desk with all the flavors and an explanation of what each taste like? New or Featured flavors maybe predominately featured.

You should get rid of the cartoony childish look? and show me what your really offering. my .02:nah:

at least make the juice easier to find?
can I HAVE SOME FREE JUICE for my helpfull observations?

<snip>

How long until the mercans shout foul and use it as a bad example of e-cigs being promoted to kiddies though

Hmm, you said it  Have to say... although I said nothing on that aspect in my post... [didn't want to get shot down by the fans]... it was one of my concerns;-)
