Another claim by the FDA is that, since the nicotine used in the e-cigarettes does not come from a tobacco plant, the looser guidelines that tobacco products are required to follow do not apply. The FDA is actually using the term drug delivery devices for classification.
I don't care where it comes from. It is still a legal substance, and they should not have the ability to ban it. If they can, then traditional cigs should have to be banned as well. Where are the studies to prove them "Safe"?
