Ok I am going to throw some serious questions at you guys. I have tried a search and come up with nothing on this.
The v2 cartomizers are pretty decent, but seem to have a cool hit and less vapor so your hitting about 5 seconds at 18mg for a decent th. Thats on the v2 battery at 4.2v freshly charged.

I have done some searching and found that the volt blank cartomizers are pretty high quality. I am ordering some ego twist and some other stuff along with them. Since the kr808 batteries arent regulated and have short battery life im going to put those behind me, unless I find that carrying a twist with a couple cartos is too much crap in my pocket.

So my question is this, How are the volt blank cartomizers performace vs say boge and smoktech? I know that boge is by far the most popular, but have heard that the volt blank design is very good. If you have a volt battery, or blank cartos, how do they perform on the latter? Volt cartos on twist and Boge cartos on Volt kr808 batteries.

Taste is subjective, but I would like to hear some peoples experience on this. I still have 2 380mah kr808 batteries and am trying to find some use for them. Weither it be to use them for traveling with some boge or volt cartos, or filling a carto and buying a charger for them and giving them to people I know who still smoke.

Any experience with these combinations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the volt X2 battery and C3 cartomizer (tank-type setup). I can't speak for volt's normal size batteries but the bigger x2 is working like a dream, keeping a sustained output for a long time. it's also pretty sturdy. The stuff worked well straight out of the kit, with no defects that i could tell so i have a high opinion of volt's workmanship.

The Volt blanks are KR808d-1 They are made like the Kanger horizonal bottom coils...in fact, Kanger might even be the maker of them. Some of the top of the line. I am NOT impressed by Boge. At. All. Believe me I gave them every chance. Ugh.

You can use the Smokeless Image cartomizers with the Volt X2 ...that works great. The X2 is an excellent large mAh (ego sized but KR808 threaded battery). Available in automatic as well as manual. Also can be used as a passthrough. The X2 IS regulated at 3.6 volts. Depending on your ohms..you can get a HUGE hit with them. Personally I use Elite cartomizers with them now, because they hold more juice. But the XL Volt cartomizers are close to as large and work great.

With the Twists I'd advise to get the eGo Mega Cartomizer. I prefer single coil. I have 3ohm 2ohm and 1.7 ohm. I use the 3ohm the most with the VV Twist or the kGo VV. Or the LavaTube. Madvapes has them. So does Liberty Flights and Discount Vapers. If you want dual coils they are available too at VaporBeast.

Personally I think you'll be happier with the cartomizers for carrying around than the tanks. My opinion. YMMV.
