Cartos getting HOT while vaping??

I've been getting so frustrated with all of the filling, topping off, leaking and rotating the cartos, I went ahead and ordered an Ego-T. I'm hoping that will be more user-friendly.

The website I bought the 808 cartos from didn't specify LR or SR, but I'm going to assume these are LR. It takes only 3 good pulls on them to make them so hot I can't even touch them. This tends to happen more on my extra long manual battery.

Didn't you say in another thread that you're vaping almost pure VG? That could be the cause of this. The stuff is like syrup. Pg is much thinner and works much better, though less vapor. But it allows for more flavor.

Hope you have better luck that I did with the ego-t... I switched to a tank cartomizer, and have been fuming like a chapm ever since

Lots of folks have had problems with the Ego tanks. For large volumes of liquid most have had better success with aftermarket tanks, like the Chibi or the one from Smoktech or the more expensive ones;

I got the tank and the V4L cool cartos (pre-filled). I also got a 3.0 resistance carto for the tank (came with a LR carto). So far so good. The cartos stay nice and cool and the tank is producing good vapor. Hopefully the ego-t will arrive tomorrow.

BTW...filling the tank was way easier than I thought it would be.
