Tpa green tea

Does anyone know what percentage to use with this? I've tried 10 and 5 both leave it unvapable to me. So now I'm trying to figure out if this is
just a super strong flavor or if that's just how it tastes at any percent. Thanks!

My green tea recipe

10-12% TPA green tea
1 drop menthol liquid per ml
80% VG
10% Distlled Water
(adj. VG/DW if you add nicotine)

High % of VG will provide subtle sweetness to the juice, no need to add any sweet flavor. The VG sweetness is more suitable for tea.
This is a great in-between vape for me with no nic to give my taste buds a refresh from the tobacco (or other heavier flavor) juices

I enjoyed it at 2%.
I mixed it in either 70PG/30VG or 60/40.
