TPA Lemon Lime question... is this oil?

First time poster here, long time lurker

So I've made a bunch of DIY juices over the years, but this is my first time discovering this.

Recipe:
PG:VG 25:75 + 6mg nic 80% total
TPA Lemon Lime 15%
Cooling agent 3%
Ethyl Mathol 2%

juice was quite thick, probably because of high VG. but when I tried in my Subtank (OCC and rba) or in my Atlantis, I get dry hits after a few puffs.

Then today, upon looking at the bottle, I see this



Looks like...... oil? What is it exactly?

From what I gather, there are two types of TFA Lemon Lime, and one of them is oil-based. Is it a repackaged bottle? If not, it might list the ingredients, which should clarify this for you...

If it is oil-based, I really don't think it's the best choice for DIY, simply due to the difficulties in getting it to stay in solution. I've heard good things about the FA Lemon flavor, but I have not used it myself so it's all hearsay! Good luck!

yeah it is. tried taking it out via syringe and tasting it.... gives a very sharp tangy taste (obviously ) but looks almost certainly to be oil-ish.

and just saw another bottle of it.... yeah I think it's oil.

two types eh? didn't know that, thanks. I'll see if I can get FA's lemon lime. thanks a lot!
