Halo E-liquid (.2 overall rating) (X) (Wasn't overly pleased with their flavors and especially after I tried them the price I paid left a bad taste in my mouth.. although their Midnight Apple did remind me of my first vape ever from Totallywicked's Sour Apple, their base made me think they couldn't decide whether it would be sweet or not, and usually that'd be fine but this just didn't work for me)

Ms. T's Bakery (.1 overall rating) (X) (Not unique taste at all I really tried to give them a chance but have come to learn they are very similar to other companies like Vaporheads.net, and overly priced for the quality and size not to mention hard on your equipment)

Coquito (This is a pleasant "alcoholic" drink take it's not too sweet and not too faint although I didn't purchase mine directly from flavorzbyjoe I got it from another site I forget who at the moment but right away I noticed a big problem I had with this little 10mil bottle it says "Born on: 10/23/2013" well that is impossible because I ordered before then hell it's not even october yet so I can tell they pre-mix most of their stuff or at least this order was I dunno maybe if you order from the site it's made fresh but it is a very nice flavor nonetheless)

I'm not on the hunt for new juice vendors and wanted to thank you for putting this post together. I've already ordered a few sample packs and am hoping to find some mazing flavors out there.

Like you, I have been vaping quite a while... it's kind of at the point where it's quite difficult to find juice that truly tastes different or unique. I have tried so many vendors...

I am always on the look out for someone who has a unique flavor signature... or... someone who does it much differently...

A few in this vein might include Vaporcast, moondrop and Ahlusion... these three offer something fairly unique you might want to consider...

Briefly:

Vaporcast is a great idea if you like menthol... or fruits... throat hit is insane... liquids are well blended... flavors are really nice and not like everyone else... adam's apple, prothol and sex on the beach are my favs...

Ahlusion... just tried the teas and menthols... and they were quite original... not certain, but I think they design their own flavorings as well... in any case, their flavorings don't taste like all of the ones we are surely used to these days... boba tea and shangra-la are quite nice...

Moondrop... a very dirty base on the tobaccos... no idea how he does his tobacco absolute... but it's dark and cloudy and potent... the smith barn sticks and straight-up caramel are quite memorable and original...

On any of these vendors you listed, did it seem to you that any of them were using any unique flavorings or processes in making their juices?
I know want2vape, halo and vapor station do...

I'm especially curious about vermillion and alice in vapeland...

My current favorite vendors include: halo ( I like their base... I think that either breaks it or makes it for you), BWB, TW, Vaporcast and the nhaler octane line... I also like puresmoker's tonic line... it's unique... though I caution you in buying them... like halo, it's a love or hate thing...

Pretty disappointed with Heather's Heavenly and RAWR... the juices weren't bad at all... but I found them to be very ordinary and familiar flavorings...
I think what makes these two vendors stand out is that they do mix juice very well and are all-around top quality... I was just hoping to find another holy grail in them due to the attention and love they were getting.

lasstango, I agree re Ahlusion - this is the first juice line I've tried for a very long time that doesn't seem to me to be just a better-or-worse variation on "standard". I LOVE the stuff, and you can see what's different by perusing the excellent Ahlusion website.
They do a wonderful job with flavors that I'm familiar with from (many) other vendors - the pineapple upside down cake and the blueberry and strawberry cakes are just a whole new thang, truly luscious lovely to my taste. I have Tiramisus from 3 different vendors here at the moment and the first two are very similar - Ahlusion's strikes me as much more authentic, nuanced, rich and yummy. The "odd" flavors - like the pear tea and, to me, the orange nocturne, seem to me adventurous and interesting rather than "off". Those grew on me. The other much-praised new guys on the block are indeed good vendors, but I don't experience any such quantum leap.
The main thing with Ahlusion, more than with other juices IMHE, is steeping. Steep, steep steep.
And cultivate patience with shipping time, especially with the flavors that are mixed per order. Well worth it to me.

Yes thank you all for this thread.. I too have been vaping for quite some time,over 3 years. And finding "quality,original" juice is a treacherous task. Especially on my meager income.

I agree with this. I've tried 13 different clove recipes from a variety of vendors, and this is my favorite. Juicy Vapor Cinn-Cranberry & Clove was my 2nd fave clove vape, but not at all like a kretek if that is what you are looking for. TV's kretek is similar in taste to the old Djarum Internationals.

I must have gotten lucky when I first ordered... I got 3-4 orders in... and then all of a sudden every time I went to order, they were closed... I like them, but I don't want too get too attached to a vendor that can't fill orders when I need it...
I'll venture back when I see they've straightened out their growth issues.

You do have to be devoted at this point - the word is they'll be settling down soon (recently opened a B&M). Try first thing in the morning. Afternoon seems to be worse - they close when they reach volume every day, but they were open for orders late last night. And (also I think just for now) expect a serious wait for your vapemail. I'd normally take umbrage at all that but it's not vendor laxity in this case, and to me the juice really is that good.

Congrats! I don't vape tobacco flavors so I'm no help, warlike. Haven't seen Mr.Mann about lately but he's expert on that and very helpful - you might post a PM?
