I tried to track my order but couldn't seem to find the place to do this. I gives me my tracking order number but I can't click on it to find out if it is here yet. How do I find out?

The important thing to remember is that the USPS code is just for delivery confirmation. That's all they promise to provide. Sometimes you'll see the package passing through sorting centers or hubs but its also possible just to see it marked as delivered with no other info. Its not true tracking info like UPS or FedEx provide.

Yeah, you need to call David or Pam. Since a tracking number was issued I'd bet the problem is with the USPS, not FSUSA, but maybe there is something they can do to help.
