I placed 3 orders with FT yesterday, no problem at all.

A few weeks ago, a few others were getting the same error message. Leave it a few hours and try again. It may just be a temporary glitch with PP. Or maybe try another card at checkout. If it's anything like last time, it was just a temporary problem

Check the settings in your PP profile. There is a setting in there in the same menu about not allowing transactions in countries that you don't deal with, etc. Go thru all those settings. I was on the phoen with PP almost 1/2 the night one night over a similar error msg. They don't even know their own software that well

FT and Paypal also now have to verify your address, and see if they match and is a good mailing post office address...

This message is relevant only to customers in the US

On October 1st PayPal will start requiring merchants to provide verifiable shipping addresses for each order. fasttech will use an AVS (address verification service) provided by PayPal to perform these checks. If an address does not match in the system, a message is displayed on the checkout page and the order will not go through. When it happens, please edit and make sure your shipping address is completely correct.

Please make sure your CITY, STATE, and ZIP are absolutely accurate and correct, including spaces, dashes, and apostrophes (if any).

Make sure that your paypal account is saying verified, just because no info has changed doesn't mean your account is verified. It's been a long time ago but it seems like there is a few simple steps you have to follow to become verified.

FT started requiring a verified paypal account a short while back.

That may be it. I just started with PayPal on my first FT order, and made the second one just a couple of days later. But now there has been time to get verified, and I had not done it. I have that process started now, so I'll see if that does it. It will take a couple of days, but if it fixes the problem I will post it.
