From a major e-cig manufacture(a major one that we all know and use).....What exactly is he trying to say?

Is it "technically" illegal to import e-cigs to the US?

i dont think it's illegal. but the legality is still up in the air as far as i know.

No expert in international shipping...but in basic business thats a passing the liability on to the resellers/their buyers.
If they never claim it's legal...it's not there fault should someone get into trouble over it.

There are some countries that have banned the importation of ecigs.
Therefore this is a blanket statement to try to keep the companies off the hook.
