Anyone have any advice about traveling and vaping? I will be flying from Florida to Pennsylvania in the next couple of weeks and am concerned that the TSA guys may have a problem with my vaping supplies, both e-liquids and hardware. Anyone have any experience with this situation and what I should expect? I thought about disassembling my 510 rig and placing the components in my computer bag and stashing the e-juice in my bathroom supplies, but concerned with what might happen to the liquids in the suitcase. Also concerned whether or not TSA will think that the broken down 510 might be explosive components or something like that. I can take my 801 with me and send that through x-ray along with my keys and all that, but still a concern that TSA will flag it.

No need to sneak it they are ok to bring on a plane e liquid fall under the 100 ml in a clear bottle in a ziplock bag rule put your mod in the electronics bin at the xray and you are good to go I just bring a couple of prefilled carts for some sneak vaping while waiting and put my juice in my check bag.
grimmgreen has a video about traveling etc.. I guess from what I have seen is the TSA dosnt care its treated as any other liquid would be!!
Philly airport will give you no hassle whatsoever. I fly in and out of there all the time. Just put your juice into a ziplock bag, batteries and chargers into your carry on. If you feel a little unsure, stick a business card from one of the vendors in with the juice.

At least 10 round-trip flights, including international, and never had a single problem.
I've done carry-on and checked, I've put it in the bin and left it in my backpack.
I suggest putting it in the bin, because otherwise they may search the backpack, which takes a minute or two.

I traveled just recently and had no problems whatsoever,,,,,
at TPA airport, I ASKED about my batteries,,,,,,,,,"just send them through" was the response. And of course, I bagged my juices.
I didn't bother asking on the return out of MHT,,,nobody said a word.

Just agreeing with everyone, I've taken my vaping gear all over the world. NEVER had an issue. Just be sure to put your juice in the ziplock with all of your other liquid and you'll have no problems. I know you can't bring your gear into Singapore and I think a few middle eastern countries as well.
