So in about a month I am taking a month vacation to Canada. I was wondering if anybody else has gone to Canada with a PV. I would like to load all my PV things in my check in since I don't plan on vaping on the airport or on the plane. I wont have any tanks full or anything like that in my check in. I just want to know if its safe and what are the guidelines. Thanks

Just returned from a trip to BC from Winnipeg. I put my clearomizers and e-juice in my zip bag with other small liquids and packed my eGo-Ts in my eGo case. I put all in the bins and had no issues through security at all. No one asked me anything. Checked Air Canada's website and they state that e-cigarettes are fine as long as you carry them onto the plane and don't use them on the plane. I had many smokers ask me what these were and if they really worked. So all in all it was an easy trip.

I flew American to Canada and back a couple weeks ago. I had 6-8 factory labeled 10-30mg bottles in my checked bag and three half filled clearomizers, a filled cartomizer, and three eGo batteries in my carry on bag. No questions asked and no problems. I did unscrew the clearomizer tips a little on the way up and down, just to be sure they didn't leak from the pressure changes. No problems there either. :)

I fly within Canada a lot. I keep all my stuff in my carry on bag. I'd hate to put it in my checked bag and have the bag go missing.

The e-juice goes in the regular plastic bag they have at security and that's never been an issue. I keep my tanks and batteries in a little clear plastic tackle box. I pull that out of my bag at security and they usually ask what it is, I say "e-cigarette batteries and tanks" -- they nod and all is well.

But when I get through security, I put my e-juice (and any tank that has juice in it) into a heavy duty freezer bag, because stuff will leak! Folks have suggested squeezing the bottles until juice almost comes out, then capping them. I think opening a clearomizer on the way up and down would help too.

Hope you enjoy Toronto!
