Tree of life mod. Top screw

I recently bought an hcigar tree of life mod. I love how it hits and looks. I tend to have a little trouble getting the height right on telescopic top screw. Does anyone have any pointers on the pain in the ... screw?
My only other mod experience is a nemesis.

the derlin collar screws in and the silver plated center pin floats. I screw in the rba, tighten the collar til just snug and make sure the center pin is pushed all the way in. Then unscrew the bottom pin to adjust for batter height. I like to keep it as snug as possible, so I'll loosen the rba and snug up the end caps then tighten my rba. I have the 26650 ToL, and like it loads. You generally only have to mess with it if changing to a different brand batt. MNKE's are taller than the Sony's.

Thanks. I do the same, I just don't enjoy having to take it apart 4 times to get it right. Maybe it's because I have giant fingers. Once it's dialed in, it's great. I use the 18650 because I don't have smaller batteries.
