I've replaced the Noalox (Ox-Guard). with Dry Graphite lube. it comes in either a fast drying spray can. or just powder in a little squeeze tube. It's made my button work flawlessly, almost zero "crunch" I can even press on the edge of the button (just, a little harder) and it doesn't crunch or bind. I also put dry graphite in the lock ring threads. I can almost blow on the lock ring to make it turn now. LOL.
