All their flavors sound so sweet which turns me off-how sweet are they? Would you call them dessert vapes?

It's pre-steeped?
The flavors are sweet and the eliquid is stickier than most others I have used to date. I only tried Bowden's Mate and didn't like it, but I won't bash them. If you want to vape 5 Pawns it's your decision, no one is forcing you to buy their product.
They have a sample pack for sale on their site, for $23.50. It includes a 4ml bottle of 5 flavors -- Grandmaster, Bowden's Mate, Gambit, Absolute Pin, and Queenside.I was just curious since I have no way to test it out prior to buying since they don't offer samples.
Im familiar with all of them except Absolute Pin.
Im not the biggest fan of absinthe/anise juices, but I dont dislike them either. Ive had a bottle of pluid just chillen ever since I first tried it because while I dont always want to vape it, I do like it, and want it when I want it.
Now, Absolute Pin sounds absolutely amazing.. irish cream and cinamon and caramel, with hints of absinthe? Yeah! But Ive heard through the grapevine that its not as accurate as their other flavors, and it ends up being ust pure absinthe/anise. If the absinthe is anymore than a hint, Im probably not gonna bother with it. I hope not though because based on the description, this would easily be my favorite juice of theirs after Castle Long.
Can anyone comment?

I hate anise, and while noticeable it is a background flavor at best. It's not as slap you in the face as most anise juices.
Yeah the anise is definitely dominant.. the other flavors are barely in the background. I still like it though. I actually mix mine with Alien Visions Irish Cream to make it taste closer the the description.
I got the sample pack to see what all the fuss was about. I'm not an anise flavor fan and Abosolute pin has way too much of it for me. It's the main flavor, not "background" as they say.
I did like the Gambit and Bowden's mate a lot. But I will try some alternatives (including DIY attempts) before I re-buy.
You can get a sample pack to try them all...that's what I'd recommend.
