I actually ordered the F16 v2 with the Pyrex tank and 10 more cartos today, in addition to the regular F16 and 5 cartos yesterday. Nothing like jumping in with both feet.

Yep, I did the same. I knew right away that this was the best vape I've had so far! In the month or so I've been using the cartos, I have yet to be disappointed! Best vaping decision I have made.
I bought my first Carto Tanks the day before Thanksgiving. First visit to this B&M inside a small town Pharmacy no less. LOL. I bought 3 DCT cartos, at least that what she says they are and I have no idea what brand the spare cartos for the tank are and only one tiny hole. I read Baditudes blog posts on priming etc before trying anything with them. Primed etc and I do sort of enjoy them but the flavor is muted to my tastes. The main advantage I see so far is I can go above3.6 volts with my Vanilla Caramel without burning it and chain vape more without burning also than I could using the PT2 or TS3S with Kanger coils.
Ii bought 3 because I drive a truck and if I liked them I did not want to have only one. haha. On one of my first DIY juices the muted flavor is an advantage because after a few days the flavor is more than I would wish for.
I am hoping they will be something that is low maintenance and will last a few weeks even with the dark sweet juices that I seem to like. Still want to try the Ibtanked when I get the chance. For the moment I have a Tobeco clone of the Kayfun Lite waiting for me to have some time to attempt wrapping some coils with cotton. i have heard so much about that RBA that it has a lot to live up to before the first vape. Let's hope I am up to building the coil.
If you use thick juice you might invest in a carto punch as well. my 50/50 juices will not wick properly with pre punched boge carto's I always have to add an additional hole.
Most experienced vapers will agree that dripping probably provides the best flavor and TH. But the "hassle" factor is quite high.
Comparing a tank-carto to a clearo is the question. Tank-cartos win that question, hands down, on flavor, TH, consistency and definitely on the "hassle" factor.
I know you shouldn't have to this, but in addition to my Green Dot, I got a Serve card from Amex. It's basically free, and works with everyone. Plus, you can load it from another card, on the web or from an app.
