I ordered a sample pack from Halo a few weeks ago. They come nicely packaged as well. Being the person I am, I wanted to try all of them immediately, ha! The two I vape a lot are Tiki juice and Malibu. I didn't even really like menthol tobacco cig's, but for some reason I really enjoy menthol juices. I originally thought I would really like the tobacco flavor's the most, but it did not turn out that way. I took a few hits of the Tribeca juice before I ate dinner and remember thinking to myself "OMFG, this is my new all day vape, this is amazing!!!" Started vaping it after I was done eating and had the exact opposite opinion, weird huh? I let all the juice steep for days and revisited all of them. My fav's were still my fav's and the others were just ehhh. It also worth mentioning that Menthol Ice has a nice flavor to it, clean and refreshing mint flavor, but unfortunately the cooling menthol effect diminished for some reason.

Halo sent me a free sample of a new juice they have with my order, which was Twisted Java. It was the first and only coffee type of flavor I have tried to date (which will change soon) and to ME, it was horrible. I disliked it a lot, don't know if I just don't like that type of flavor or if it was their juice in particular. You may like it, but to ME it was terrible, sorry.

For those of you reading this that have tried Halo juice, what do you think about the ones you have tried?

Remember, taste is subjective guys and gals! Vape on!

I was really excited to try Halo after hearing how much alot of people liked them. I ordered the tobacco sampler and Tribeca was the only one I remotely liked. They are tasted very "chemical" to me. I've heard that is the base that they use and people seem to love it or hate it. I've let it sit for a few weeks now and will try them again soon to see if they are better.

you need to steep the juices...that's what have you the chemical taste I'm betting...

as far as me,I like their tobacco juices, the tribecca being a pretty nice RY4 offshoot...but I still prefer many other people's ry blends better...their fruit flavors are also good, pending a couple weeks of steeping....but to be honest overall I feel they are good to grab a sample pack and find a flavor profile that you enjoy, but I've not found one I can call an every day in any of the ones I've tried.

I've liked all the Halo juices I've tried so far, though some I think I could only drip occasionally. My two favourites so far are Torque56 (reminds of a cherry pipe tobacco - the smell, not the taste) and HX3, a bit of tobacco and a touch of menthol - just enough to kind of freshen the palate. I could vape either of those all day.

Capt. Jack I liked well enough, although maybe a bit much honey for me. Bella Valente is so much like a cigar I was afraid to vape it indoors. I was never a menthol smoker, but I do like the flavour of the Menthol Ice. And it's full-on menthol. The only thing I've tasted that tastes more like chocolate than Belgian Cocao is chocolate. Really rich, really hard to get out of the atty :)

I'm going to have to try the Twisted Java. I've liked all the coffee flavours I've tried so far.

Vape on!

All the tobacco flavors I have tried taste very different from any of the cigs I use to smoke. They tasted heavy, more like a cigar than a cig.

One thing to remember is that you can not replicate the taste of a burning cigarette. Tobacco flavors are going to taste like unburnt tobacco smells from what I've read (I do not like tobacco flavors)

How to steep:

You can let it sit if you want, cap on.
OR even faster, put that thing in your pocket and let it warm up (you could do a warm water bath on the bottle too if you like) and this will thin the viscosity of the liquid allowing the flavor to permeate better. Then, after a while, just give it a good shake. Always shake your juice before you use it because if separation does occur it's the flavor that tends to go to the top and then you got crappy juice left.

I find that steeping is completely unnecessary with high PG ratios, personally. I mix up my juice and vape it after a good 30 second shake. Tastes great!

I won't be buying any Halo juice at that price. I'd rather take that money and go get a dessert at a fine restaurant. Talk about flavor!

BTW: if you're with me on this assessment take note that ECBlends is less than half the price (and much closer to what it costs to actually DIY it) lol. You can make any flavor you want with their flavor wizard. If you're not with me, sorry :)

Has anyone tried Dekang and Halo juices? I ask because I have Dekang juices en route and wanted to hear how the Halo juices compare to Dekang.

I am brand spankin new to vaping and only have a Blu e-cig until tomorrow when my kGo arrives with the Dekang juices along with my smoktech tank & Vision Vivi nova. I'm excited.

PS I only got the POS Blu because I was going to get fired from my job if I got caught taking a smoke break and couldn't go 3 days with no cigs at all. So I ordered my kGo & accessories then the next day I got a Blu on my lunch break. Instead of smoking analogs outside I vape in my office, haha. ME - 1 BOSS - 0

I've only tried two Dekang juices (DK TAB and RY4). They're very different from Halo. A lot of people seem to like the Dekang, but I didn't care for it myself. I don't want to prejudice your taste about them, so I'll just leave it at "they're steeping to see what happens." Taste is a very subjective thing.

Halo juices tend to be very, very strong on the flavour. They're more expensive, but I tend to use them as an occasional indulgence. Sometimes you want beer flavoured beer, sometimes you want a good scotch.

Congrats, and good choices on your order. I think you'll enjoy those.
