I've only tried two Dekang juices (DK TAB and RY4). They're very different from Halo. A lot of people seem to like the Dekang, but I didn't care for it myself. I don't want to prejudice your taste about them, so I'll just leave it at "they're steeping to see what happens." Taste is a very subjective thing.

Halo juices tend to be very, very strong on the flavour. They're more expensive, but I tend to use them as an occasional indulgence. Sometimes you want beer flavoured beer, sometimes you want a good scotch.

Congrats, and good choices on your order. I think you'll enjoy those.

Thanks, I'll have to try them out. I ordered the Dekang because they had a very limited supply on the site I ordered my other stuff from and I wanted it all to arrive at the same time.

I find it funny that it turned out like this. I happen to be in a situation where I had to find an alternative, since I wasn't/am not ready to quit my nicotine intake I had one of those "light bulb" moments and started researching PV's. In a way, my boss is responsible for me switching from marlboros to vapor and saving my life. Not to mention making it so much easier and cheaper for me. I've always wished smoking didn't require me to stop doing whatever I'm doing to go smoke and now I can vape where ever I am, the grocery store, the car with family, my office, the dentist, ANYWHERE! Little does he know, him trying to be mean (can't say what I really wanted to call him) actually made my life better. haha :toast:

Happy vaping, everyone!

Just got my Halo Tabacco Sampler Yesterday. Not really sure what to think yet. I'm hoping that steeping will help them improve. I have copper creek house blend on the way as well as some HHV samples and some Bobas bounty from AVE. trying all the juices I've heard are so good. The Halo juices aren't doing it for me yet:(

I was lucky enough to win a contest and get a bottle of the Belgian Cocoa. It does indeed taste like cocoa, the real stuff not the fake chocolate junk. While it isn't an all day vape, I do like it. They included a sample of Longhorn which is not for me! I won't be buying any of the Halo tobaccos, I just don't think I care for them much even though RY4 from other vendors is a favorite.

I was also lucky enough to have someone PIF me some Cafe Mocha. It is one of my all time favorites. It has the honor of a Phiniac :) In fact, I just reordered some and am expecting vapemail! I included a small bottle of Shamrock in my order which is a mint chocolate, and I got this based on the Cafe Mocha and the Belgian Cocoa. They had a promotion to include a 10 ml bottle of the new Twisted Java and again I think I might like it based on the Cafe Mocha.

I DIY to save enough in order to be able to buy some of these for a treat :)

I've tried a lot of the Halo flavors and I love their Prime 15 and Belgian Cocoa.
I also think their Tiki flavor is interesting, and I use it sometimes, but wouldn't buy it again.

I also really liked the Tribeca, even though it was too sweet for me.
It tasted wonderful though, but I wouldn't buy it again either.

As for their other tobacco flavors, I really did not like them at all...

They all had a background ginger flavor that definitely wasn't working for me.

I have been vaping Halo flavors in the G6 for about 4 months of my 5 on ecigs. I really liked the Tribeca & Belgian Cocoa however I must admit in my new X2 it doesn't taste as good which is disappointing since I just ordered 2 more bottles (30ml). Oh well! I will vape what I get and likely begin trying new vendors. I had stuck with Halo as much because I just didn't know what all was out there and wanted to stick with USA made juice as anything. Plus their customer service has been great. I have always had to let new juice steep before using.

How long do they need to steep usually? I got a sample pack the other day and I keep dipping a little each day hoping they will get better :/
