Is that a 14500?
The Innokin Trine Q website does not say anything about the battery size, but the Trine Q dimensions are φ20×127.4mm. Its 20mm diameter and 127.4mm length is, I'm sure, including the pod and drip tip. So also subtracting the pod's depth, it could hold an 18650, and hopefully a flat top. The charger can charge two batteries at the same time with one for a spare. The battery spec is 1050mAh, and the Trine Q has a Max of 20W, so, if it is an 18650, a larger mAh capacity may be able to be used for longer vape time per battery.

With a 20mm Trine Q diameter, it seems like a lot of internal height space would be wasted with a 14500.

If you look at hand size compared to the battery, it appears to be an 18650 flat top, but it has a bottom clip which locks it in the bottom of the Trine Q, so any other 18650 one might find or have may not work if the clip cannot be removed and placed on the replacement. And the 2-bay charger looks to be a separate purchase (in the second video).

Will you please answer these battery size, capacity, using another 18650, and battery clip questions?

Thank you for your interest in the Trine Q. The Trine Q uses a proprietary battery designed specifically for our device, not a standard 18650 or 14500. The battery clip is tailored for our specific battery to ensure safety and performance. This clip is directly installed on the battery.
