I have the delta 23. for one thing, no it needs 11 watts, and 4 volts minimum to get even fired up semi ok. Plus needs the right amperage. I wouldnt recommend using it on a spinner. Not to mention being a 6ml tank, it'll be very top heavy. Id recommend a 30w mod, or a vtc4/5 mech mod. Tho even the mech mods have a hard time keeping up with it. It's a high voltage, high power tank that Joye made pretty much to match to their Evic supreme. Now if your battery can support 20w cont. output youll be able to use the Delta well, as it can rag up to 25.7 watts. I dont, and wont however recommend anything less than a 20A cont. batt for this tank. Treat it like a rda, or a rba. It's well made, vapes amazing, and is slick, esp on the evic supreme.

my review of it, and the aerotank turbo.
